    Hmmm do I have to walk faster over time also to burn same amount of calories? I’m getting used to 8,000 steps and want to be consistent with AT LEAST that but should I expect to increase to get same calorie burn? 😮
    I’m finally feeling like I’m doing something right and feeling like pretty soon that won’t even be good enough. 😩

      @@Ji_ajaa You can do that. most certainly ! I myself dont like running/jogging so I just raise the treadmill incline as i adapt. Works for me and i dont burn out fast . Everyone, yourself included just needs to find what works for them
