Not shure what's going on with the mustangs but I see a lot different results at the factory SS races. Although the match ups are close the ford's out perform on CI to weight classes. Can't put a lot of faith in these videos.
That's a bs run dodge left long before the mustang every time and it has 200 more horsepower put em together with the same horsepower and let them leave at the same time mustang will pull the horns off them every time

I see one run you had some spinning issues but still got it. Its odd to see an older car there but that 69 mustang came off the line pretty good.
A little to much throttle and it’s a bit of a smoke show. I wasn’t sure what to expect from that 69 Mustang. He did get out really good.
