11 Dec 2022 12.14 pm Serbian time. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us - you are probably the best doctor in the world. I only heard of you 2 days ago via your interview with Thomas de Lauer - and watched several of your videos since - it all makes perfect sense and explains why I feel so good when I spontaneously only eat eggs/meat. I have 4 degrees and some clinical experience - and everything you say makes more sense than anything I have ever seen. And it connects the important dots. you are the Kryptonite for Bad Pharma
@@barbaraschuette9372 can you please email me about it? I have a contact email in the description of all of my videos for collaborations etc and you can reach me there. Thank you!
2 weeks ago, I was in tears. At 35 years old, I could barely walk when I got out of bed. My feet were in so much pain, nothing I did helped. I thought I was going to need surgery or painkillers. I was one of the first kids diagnosed with Celiac disease- but despite abstaining from gluten, I’m absolutely miserable. I think that as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become extremely sensitive to carbohydrates and oxalates- almost an histamine response to most foods. I’m 7 days into carnivore and my PAIN is GONE!! My brain is sharp. I’m now crying tears of joy every day. I’m so grateful to get my life back. Fun fact: I’m an organic farmer and raise my own beef, pork, lamb, chicken and eggs! I also have a herd of dairy goats I milk everyday and make cheese, yogurt. After years of killing my self growing vegetables in the hot sun if South Carolina, binge eating sugar, and gluten free breads… I’m excited to enjoy the fruits of my labor and eat exclusively the wonderful protein and fat I grow on my farm.
I also had incredible pain in my feet, that's why I started this diet. Walking was so painful, and somehow I knew it was related to my diet. I kept googling/youtubing why do my feet hurt (and I'm not extremely over weight or out of shape)...eventually I discovered this all meat diet. I'm 27 days in to my carnivore journey, and my pain is almost completely gone. I also noticed my allergies and asthma are much improved. Oh, and the brain fog I've been struggling with is MUCH better! Im a decade older than you and that was really starting to concern me. Oh, I keep thinking of more benefits, I swear my teeth and gums are getting healthier!
You guys changed our lives! My husband and I were vegetarians for 20+ years and now in our late 40’s we realized we had to make a major change since we were feeling so sluggish and unhealthy no matter what we did. Skin issues are now gone, digestive issues gone. Finally lost al the pandemic weight. We just ate a steak at home (my first time cooking steak ever!) and it was amazing, we’ve been feeling so much better in the past 2 months since making this change than we have in years. Thank you!
@@sharaihmolyneaux8181 psychiatrists are medical doctors 🤣 MD! 4 years of medical school and usually 4-5 years of residency; Baker is an orthopedic surgeon - both have strong interest in nutrition and medical doctors are trained to review literature and apply it in their practice.
As a 2.5 year Carnivore I love following both of you. I'm 62 and not going back to the Standard American Diet! My joint pain is gone and that's my top non scale victory!
What kind of joint pain? I have hip bursitis and pain on the radial side of both hands. Right now I am doing the ketovore diet and it has not helped my pain. I am 67 years old and I got on this diet specifically for joint pain. I do not have to lose weight. The arthritis has become almost debilitating.
@Ariesgal55 Hopefully, you're considering a full & strict Carnivore lifestyle. KETO OR KETOVORE still includes oxalates. Getting rid of all oxalates will diminish inflammation & improve overall health.
You guys are amazing and my primary YTers to follow. Baker got me eating much more meat and laying off carbs and Chaffee got me off plants period. I am almost 40 and feel better than when I was 20. I also haven’t had heroes in a long time and these guys are my new heroes. They have a lot of brawn, brains, and balls to do what they are doing now. Mad respect for these dudes.
I like how you said the word “Hero’s”. I’m happy to say that these guys are my heroes. Anthony you are with me during every steak I make! “Every Steak I make” sounds like a Sting/Police song. Anyways thank you so much:)
I can’t wrap my head around why people have a hard time believing we are only meant to eat meat. We’re the apex predator it’s the only thing that makes sense
My athletic performance in the gym since being on keto/carnivore diet is absurd. I’m up to 8 miles a day on the stationary hand bike. I have cerebral palsy, wheelchair user my high blood pressure has normalized. I have huge amounts of energy. I have no cravings for sweets, and when I do eat a sweet, they basically make me sick now so I’m not interested I’ve lost a bunch of weight which is difficult when you don’t walk I feel like I’m 20 I’m 46 just amazing. I will never go back to eating for the taste of it. keep up the good work both of you.
Started 7 days ago just eating meat and drinking water. Some eggs with a bite of dairy. Less than 5 carbs a day. Mostly just eating meat like you said. Then today it happened. Everything got clear and I have felt energetic and calm all day. I am glad I made it though the first week and now I feel great.
Carnivour for 28 days. 6.5 keto. What a difference! Mental clarity, energy galore, skin tags falling off, psoriasis clearing up. A real game changer 🌟 Wishing you well on your journey 🌟🦋🌸💃🏼🎶
I met a 104 year old lady who was sharp as a whip. Didn't ask her what she ate though. Not all old people are faded out. I also knew a 106 year old man that I was in contact with frequently when I was trying to help his family convince him to get a Life Alert button and I worked for the company at the time. He lived by himself on a ranch and stayed active all his years. It was quite impressive to be able to have a regular conversation with a 106 year old man who was sweet as pie and sharp as a tack. He always refused the Life Alert button. And the last time I called, the phone was answered by his daughter, who was I guess clearing out the house. And she let me know that he had passed. I wonder what he ate? I mention these examples as hope for us all. People can be sharp and live to 100. But they obviously must have had good nutrition or they would not have lived that long.
In optimal health, we are intended to live until 120-130 years. While having our functionality in tact. I hope to see the day when it becomes common knowledge that we are meant to age gracefully.
My grandma is 92 in April. Lives alone, still drives, walks with zero assistance, sharp as a whip outlived her many siblings by decades she has always had high cholesterol. She has always ate a lot of meat
Please keep doing what you are doing Anthony. We need more doctors like you who care about long term health and nutrition rather than giving us drugs and surgeries to solve metabolic problems!
This has certainly changed the course of my life. I thought I was doomed to live out my life with autoimmune disease, joint pain, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, muscle weakness, and obesity- regardless of my fasting and clean so-called healthy eating ( mostly plant-based, all whole foods, low sugar, low carb). Within 5 days of taking your advice, my joint pain was GONE. My energy was WAY UP. My creativity and mood was WAY UP. Now 3.5 months on carnivore, I have lost 40lbs!!!!!!!! I can now have real hope that reaching my healthy weight is just around the corner!! I can hike with my family, keep up with grandkids if I am ever blessed with them!! I had searched for an answer for DECADES - tried everything including a 21 day water only fast, keto, autoimmune protocol (AIP), low histamine diet. Nothing helped, and at 54yo I had resigned myself to growing old too soon, (couldn't get up off the floor myself, struggled to bend over to pick something up). NOW I AM ACTIVE, flexible, sit on the floor to tend baby chicks and can get up MYSELF easily, I don't feel FAT & sluggish anymore! My life is full of all the things I want to experience - Praise Jesus my daughter showed me Mikala Peterson's censored tedtalk - and that led me to you two doctors!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are doing God's work!!
I'm a similar age to you and despite being very active ( I walk 6-8 miles a day) I cannot lose weight and have so much joint pain it's unreal. Your own account gives me real hope. Thank you. Can't wait to start carnivore!
Hi, I'm from a distant and terrible Russia and I also became a meat eater after 10 years of veganism. Thank you for your educational work. I am 60 years old.

You’re healing the world you guys, thank you for all your common sense! When I see my family and friends struggle with bloating, cramps after meals etc., I always tell them how I just don’t suffer with all that, whenever I try to ‘fit in’ with what everyone else is eating, I get those symptoms again, and it’s just not worth it. I’m 95% carnivore atm, started 3.5 years ago, on low carb, then went onto keto, then ketovore, just holding on to a little lettuce, olives and avocado to avoid sudden oxalate dumping. Mentally I feel so strong on this and want to shout it from the rooftops, but have learned that it’s better to let people ask if they’re interested in what I’m eating, and I’ll break it to them gently. V cool moment this week when I went to a chiropractor appointment to straighten out an old neck injury, and the masseur in the clinic said how’s it going? I said, “Good thanks, I’ve had a very busy morning so far, but it’s all’s good,” and he said, “oh right, dropping the kids off at school ….?” I replied, “ha ha, that’s funny, my eldest son is 29!” He said “wow, really!” My skin is way clearer and my body is more toned on this which equals health. Health feels great, thanks for your continuing great advice, it really works! 👍
Love you both. Have went from Body builder way of eating to keto to carnivore. Was hit by a car while running and neurologist can’t believe how well I recovered. Thanks for all the info you both give.
I LOVE the Dr Baker advice gives to new carnivores “Eat enough meat so you don’t want a damn cupcake!” I accidentally did that and puzzled why my addiction to bread went away. I used to eat a loaf of crusty Italian bread easily in a day, haven’t had any NOR craved since August 2021. He is correct, fatty meat satisfies and is filling. I love my OMAD, ketovore lifestyle. Olives, dill pickles and sauerkraut are my only veggies- and that’s because I’m now listening to my body. As a plant based dieter I didn’t even like sauerkraut:)
sigh... Crusty Italian Ciabatta.. But I am a total candidate for carnivory - am not fat, but hv auto-immunity) sniff sniff wait I have to go and cry over that Italian bread. have not had bread for more than a year but that sounds unbeatably delicious, with thick jersey butter.... OK get ye behind me Satan, I'm off to cook a steak in lamb tallow.
@@chloe7seven22 sigh, I get it but I just eat a chunk of liverwurst with cream cheese and yellow mustard and the thoughts go away. We all have our own substitutes. Yours sounds yummy too.

Thank you both! I started reading Dr.Bakers book and started Ketovore first then transition into carnivore. I got off thyroid medication and all hormone meds that my doctor told me I needed to be on for the rest of my life! I couldn’t loose weight and felt tired all the time! After starting this WOE so much has changed and the fat is literally melting off now without me working out! I’m a nurse and my mind was blown after reading his book and Dr.Saladino’s. Dr. ChafeeI have listen pretty much to all your you tube videos and learned that I don’t need to supplement on this WOE! There are carnivore FB pages that do encourage people that they do have to supplement with potassium. I am so happy to have found y’all!
1:11:38 That's an important point about fasting. It's a tool you can always use : if you find yourself in situation where there is no healthy food, you can simply not eat. Skipping a meal is better than eating junk
Yes, I just tell people “I’m fasting today”. If they persist, I fib a little and say, “Thanks, but I never eat on Fridays” - or whatever day it is, hahaha.
I loved it when Dr Baker said “a 3 year old shouldn’t be dictating the nutrition of the household.” It’s sad how many children run their parents home these days!
Same here.Afyer 1 year of jet, than ketavore, Day 7 of carnivore, polish 42 female in UK ;) , fit strong, felling amazing. Power, bliss, confidence, joy, so much energy for my family, work, friends etc
You guys are my role models! Its not every day you get 2 great examples for men who are in good shape that speak this much sense to average guys. I'm set on the right path thanks to you both.
I'm glad we have you in this community Dr. Baker! I too bucked the 'system' improving my elderly dementia clients by diet and behavior redirection. More labor...SO...system didn't like it...needless to say I left. Its very frustrating when the system is close mindeed.
Yeah I agree that's a big problem at the moment. But I think the truth will out in the end and hopefully we can get a large enough movement going that people will have to start taking notice. It's already big enough that places like Harvard or already doing large epidemiological studies, which is a great first step to larger more controlled trials.
You’re more of a national treasure than Nicholas Cage, thanks for all you do, keep up the good fight. Looking forward to the interview. Would love to see you interview Saladino, Thomas Sowell, and Jocko Willink.
My God, if I could speak with Thomas Sowell that would be a dream com true. Especially if I could convince him to go Carnivore and add on another 30-40 years to his life and work.
Agreed, you can always consider talking to Candace Owen at the Daily Wire. She’s great and also talks about Sowell. Would love to hear a deep discussion on the corruption of government in regards to nutrition/public health/public schools harming our kids with vegetarian lunches, etc. Also, consider reading the book “Sacred Cow” by Robb Wolff, I think you’d enjoy it.
Oh man, Jocko would be a grand slam. I have no idea if he is carnivore or what but his thoughts on discipline, leadership and life in general are awesome.
After commenting on a video Dr. Baker did with another Dr. about Lymphedema, he requested to interview me. It was nerve-wracking but a good interview!! He is great as is Dr. Berry and yourself, Dr. Chaffee. A wealth of imformation from you three and many more.
Another great video! I kept drinking coffee a year or so into carnivore, but when I finally cut it I had great results. Reduced headaches, and much better sleep!
You know what, If I'd known there was such a HUGE chunk of Rugby talk during this I wouldn't have listened, but I did listen and actually found it so interesting ! It's great that you guys have something in common that was such a big part of your lives. Really really enjoyed all of this chat
I mustn't have minded too much as I didn't fast forward through the sports report as it gave me time to read some comments. I realise I have to relearn focus for longer videos...bloody shorts and reels have dumbed me down little too much. I love the hidden gems in longer videos. And there were a few this time. Win. Win.
So many times i have gone to the doctor's office and over the years not once did they tell my that my blood sugar was elevated... until it was too late and my A1c was 8+ And the doc told me it cannot be fixed with the diet anymore. Quickly put me on 3 medications with no explanation of side effects... Put me on a statin!!! I quickly went and researched all of those and refused to take them and trying Keto diet... Trying to transition into carnivore...Thanks for all the info!
Ribeye, brisket, short rib, fatty burgers, etc. Fatty meat. (Grass fed, preferably.) “Eat until it doesn’t taste good anymore” Be prepared for your relationship to food (and life) to change. You might want to start a hobby or exercise or something so you don’t go back to food-as-entertainment…..
If it wasn’t for this kind of information now I would have possibly never found out of the importance of animal protein and fat. It’s been life changing so far. I didn’t change from eating fast food as I was eating Whole Foods and organic. So it’s amazing it made such a difference. My dog 11 now has always eaten an animal based diet and she’s been very healthy all these year no need for vet visits. It’s amazing to think that’s what we are supposed to be doing as well. I can say it didn’t help my body structure out until I went all in but just adding the animal foods in at first we noticed a positive change.
In 2 weeks on a carnivore diet the scar tissue in my hamstring...which has plagued me for 14 years with intense pain anytime I try to stretch....is about 70% gone. I am shocked that it got this good this fast. I'm 5'3" 117 lbs so I'm not really looking to lose a lot of weight, but I am planning to add some fasts & a little calorie restriction in to give my body a reason to eat the remaining scar tissue!! Every time I bend over it's like a miracle has occurred :)
You are so right about coffe/caffeine. I've been on carnivore strictly for 4 months now. I recently drank coffee, once a day for 3 consecutive days. Then, no coffee for a couple days and I got a bad h/a (headache). It was so easy to daduse that it was the caffeine that gave me the H/A, because I haven't had ANY H/A in the 4 months during consumption of the carnivore diet. Eating carnivore for a while, it is so easy to find out what foods effect you in a negative way, by just trying them out periodically and see what the results are. REAL FOOD IS THE ONLY EAY TO GO!!
I appreciate you both taking the time to do this interview. I have been an athlete all my life and was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis 4 years ago. It has been life changing and i grieve my old athletic life, hiking the Alaska mountains, valleys and peaks, everything outdoors, biking, hockey etc... I am making the best of it and MOVEMENT and eating to live is so important . I walked away from the different TNF inhibitors after being on them 2 years. Strict carnivore has helped me the most. I must be honest i have issues with coffee, creamer, cheese and sauces and even a little has to be a NO for me. It's a downward spiral . I struggle with a food addiction basically gluttony and lack of self control unless i am very strict. It's like a drug. I have quit fooling myself with thinking black coffee is fine for me. It's NOT i drink the whole pot! Drinks are a real issue with hidden ingredients. Like the Sparkling ICE. So my ??QUESTION?? to you both what do you drink only WATER and drink for thirst or load up on water ? Don't you ever want something different to drink or does that desire just pass ? I don't like the fish heads the native alaskans bury for 6 months. PASS hahaha! When you do your cooking video you don't have to wear your shirts :)
It’s my first day on the carnivore diet and I am already feeling much better mentally and physically. No highs or lows mentally and I have much more energy, where I normally feel sluggish and lazy. I am only 29 years old and have struggled with prostate issues for at least 3 years now and I’m hoping this helps with that as well. I also have had issues with eczema/rashes and very volatile mental issues and I’m thinking this will help with all of the other issues. I hope I’m not being overly optimistic about my situation but I’m going to be very strict in following this diet using beef, water, and salt with butter at times with steak but I’m definitely going to stay strong and commit. I’m very grateful for this advice and information. Thank you.
I’ve tried many prescriptions including high quality neutriceuticals and vitamins and they were not cheap and helped very minimally so I’m very excited to finally have a real and true alternative to modern day medicine.
I really appreciate you Dr. Chaffee speaking about your back pain when eating the wrong foods. I relate to that 1000 percent. For years I have thought that there’s no way a little tweak in my diet or a cheat would cause my terrible lower back pain to come back. But after hearing you speak about it a few times and paying special attention to it after a cookie cheat or rice or a sweet potato its now fact to me that it absolutely causes my flare ups. Can’t say enough thanks for your info, I find it relatively easy to cheat when what’s at stake is simply my body’s appearance, but what really helps me stay on track is knowing it’s changing my actual health, my actual lower back and my actual brain function. No dessert taste good enough for me to miss playing with my 10 month old daughter!
I'm only a week into learning about carnivore diets. I have hypothyroidism and am 30 lbs overweight. So far I'm eating dairy and meat and a few veggies. I'll be trying to watch as much of your content as possible to learn about my condition. Thank you
That's great that you're looking into it! Straight beef and water will be your best bet for great results. Watch my videos on carnivore for Beginners, plays are trying to kill you, the facts about Cholesterol, fiber and constipation, interview with Ken Berry and Kelly Hogan, and carnivore vs Vegan Diets to get started!
Glad you brought up the risks of parasites when eating raw meat. I caught a parasite on the carnivore diet by eating raw organic liver, despite freezing it for a couple of weeks prior as some people recommend.
Dr Saladino eats raw liver, maybe this is related to his health problems and why he decided to start eating white rice, fruit and honey. Dunno, just a guess.
No Saladino ate organs in large amounts which is dangerous. He should’ve had organs occasionally not all the time and only a little. The results of hyper vitamin from excess liver are the same symptoms he stArted having the fruit and rice over.
@Anna how do you know you got it from the raw organ? Parasites are killed by a week below -1F. None the less organ meat isn’t needed just the muscle meat. The writings on the Inuits was clear that they never ate the organs just fed them to the dogs eating only the muscles and fat.
John H. Batte I was cooking all other meat except for the liver. I can’t be 100% sure it was the raw liver but the evidence points towards that. I was also consuming some raw suet at the time but I can’t see it being that. It’s the only other contender
hey big guy rugby player from slippery rock PA. loved it. then all natural body building then and now crossfit competitor. 90% fat and carnivore. love it!! thank you for all you all do. 😍
I had scapular winging and serious shoulder issues. I could no longer work above my head. I had to stop going to the gym. Did a ton of Physio with very minor success. Went carnivore and in three weeks full mobility returned. I was not expecting that as the "experts" told me it was all nerve damage in my neck that never gets better. Knee, ankle, hip, elbow and wrist arthritic pains also disappeared in that time, as did my Type 2 Diabetes.
Have been Carnivore for the past 3 plus years and Paleo/Keto prior to that for about 10 years. I use coffee to help inhibit the absorption of iron because I have Hemochromatosis. However, having this condition the difference in my labs prior to being Carnivore are actually quite similar and not what I anticipated. My typical diet is one to two pounds of ground beef, half a dozen eggs and half a sick of butter per day. My cholesterol is on the higher side but all other labs are in optimal ranges. Cholesterol is expected to be higher on a Carnivore diet and I believe it to be a healthy response.
I have kids on ketovore, ages 1-11. We struggled with the picky eaters in the beginning, but once I learned that I could make pork, venison, chicken, and eggs all in the same time frame then that's what I did! I didn't care what they ate as long as it was healthy meat. I had to let go of the idea that we all eat the same thing every night. They have, maybe, one keto meal a day and the other meals are just meat or eggs. It wasn't as hard getting started as I thought. The hardest part is guessing how much to make for dinner because, as kids, their level of hunger varies so much depending on their level of growth at the time.
This was soooo informative! I just binge watched REVERSE and i must say, I learned more watching this. Sincerely, Ravaged by t2 diabetes. Doctors have been NO help!
Nothing can be easier than cooking carnivore meals. The problem used to be that you need to prepare salad and other carbs to go with the meat. Good meat and do NOT overcook. No ketchup . I'm a widowed father of two autistic boys . I can cook eggs ,chicken, fish, pig ,cow . You can find any recipe online . I am not going for Michelin stars - that is decadent BS in my mind. If you are hungry food taste good . If yo are not hungry you need a Michelin cook or a ton of refined carbs. That's why I fast. Also fasting provides autophagy , I've been told. So ,yes , fasting has benefits also according to dr Jason Fung . Give the system a rest.
One thing I've learned about coffee is that it isn't the caffeine but the habit. I quit coffee cold turkey during every pregnancy and never had an issue, but it gets my morning going from the routine. So now I use LMNT chocolate flavor in the morning as my coffee replacement and it works the same.
I just ordered LMNT and chocolate was one of the flavors. I will try this. I love my coffee and coffee experience but willing to try. I get small batch different unique beans from Peets every month....uuuugh on no coffee. 😊
Great interview guys. Got a beast being butchered in about a month. Should have enough meat for half a year for myself. Getting over paying silly prices in the stores in nz.
@@6foot8jesuspilledpureblood82 what type of meat did you buy? Had to pay $25 for 3 smallish scotch fillets for smoko yesterday. Was not impressed. That was all they had, no rump. 2 more weeks and then I get the beast.
Great video Dr. Chaffee and Dr. Baker! Howdy from Texas! You two are in my favorite group of carnivore doctors. ☺️ I have been on carnivore for 7 months. I am 5’7” at 120/122 pounds- turning 47 this summer. Everyone says I look like I am in my 30’s, still no grey hair in the natural blonde hair yet. Hoping this diet helps keep it that way. Plus staying happy and relaxed all the time helps. Since my family decided to venture to Australia in 2017 I have been doing weights. Wanted to be strong enough to fight any sharks or salty crocodiles if we were attacked by one when in the ocean! Haha Baker mentioned today in his live session for my weight and height that I need to build more muscle. I have been using hand weights from 10-20 pounds, and have the Bowflex ones that go up to 50 pounds per handbell weight. How quickly can I move up on pounds to get stronger but not too fast? You can tell I have muscle tone in arms when I lift my arms, can see in my shoulders too. Don’t want to look like a major body builder but a bit more muscle like Baker said to add more weight in muscle. I had mentioned that I fasted to fight off covid but accidentally typed in that I fasted for two weeks, but it was only two days. My weight did drop from 120 to 117 which did freak me out! It’s now back at 122 for 5’7”. I know that is low normal. What do you recommend for hand weights to build more muscle. I don’t want to go to gym- work out at home.
Anthony’s question about have you ever seen a fat lion in a zoo? Probably not if they’re being fed their species appropriate diet. However.... A few years back I heard that the Melbourne zoo started asking their visitors NOT to feed the animals because they were starting to become diabetic. 😦. So the typical human food is bad for them. Heck, it’s bad for us too. Not species appropriate for either of us.
yes exactly right! That's why those signs are up at zoos and parks about not feeding the animals, because the food makes them sick... And then we continue eating it ourselves, and have no idea what's going on with our health. Go figure.
Reminder activated - need to get the alarm clock to see it live at 4 a.m. 😂 Quick question, maybe as an idea for one of the next videos or interviews: Carnivore and its impact on the health of eyes/eyesights? Like some eye illnesses or dioptric changes in genereal for young, middle age and old people (farsightedness, shortsightedness, light sensibilities, and other damages, and so on). Saw a video by Dr. Wiedeman about it. Seems to be another interesting but not so often mentioned topic. 🤔
@@judymiller5154 yeah, some still drink it black or with butter but a full carnivore doesn’t drink coffee seeing as the bean are a plant. I’m now 113 days in and still doing great. I think in that time I’ve had 3 black Coffees or espresso’s :) it’s wonderful
Fantastic episode, guys, what you’re discussing it the absolute truth, thank you thank you. My late husband was a chiropractor and we had a FAMILY practice, wellness care. Our son is a vascular surgeon and taking a break from it. Everything you’re talking about here, is and was our conversation with our patients. In my opinion Covid exposed , what we considered, the corruption of big pharma and people are waking up. I am a carnivore now after listening to Jordan Peterson and Makayla. Thank you for all you’re doing.
I am closer to Shawn’s age, my club team in Atlanta used to play in a municipal park downtown (Walker Park) where we had to do a field sweep for syringes/needles before field crew could set up posts/paint lines. So many instances of being raked/gouged/kicked at bottom of rucks, punched in scrums, shenanigans in lineout/mauls…I still coach and its night and day from where it used to be.
Do you still need the timestamps done for this interview, Dr. Chaffee? I do the timestamps for Dr. Sarah Zaldivar’s interviews. Let me know!

Thank you!
Wow that's fantastic! Im really happy for you both, and I'm glad that I was able to help in some way!

I am almost 40 and feel better than when I was 20. 1q,
My athletic performance in the gym since being on keto/carnivore diet is absurd.

Two of my most favorite Doctors!

Awesome! My 2 favorite dudes!

Keep it up!
@@sully126 saladino eats white rice? Didn't know that
POWER HOUSES, Thank you guys so so much.
Interesting both Dr Baker and Dr Chaffee have been successful first independently in other fields. Histories of excellence.
hey big guy
rugby player from slippery rock PA. loved it. then all natural body building then and now crossfit competitor. 90% fat and carnivore. love it!! thank you for all you all do. 😍
I look forward to interview! Activated reminder 👏👏
Astounding!!
My two absolutely favorite guys 🤙🏻💪🏻🥩
Day 6 and my skin and eyes seem much better. Shoulder pain gone. Thanks very much 😊
Have been Carnivore for the past 3 plus years and Paleo/Keto prior to that for about 10 years.
Dream team! U both have changed my life!!
Thank you.
Now i need to watch it all over again i was stock reading the chat. Couldn't follow both.
This was soooo informative! I just binge watched REVERSE and i must say, I learned more watching this.
Sincerely,
Ravaged by t2 diabetes.
Doctors have been NO help!
So fun to hear about their rugby days! A couple of tough, smart guys.
If I hadn't found your channel about a month ago I would have with this. Lol. I follow Doctors Baker and Berry pretty closely.
As you should! They are both great!
Yeah dude I just spent 400 on meat and it seems like such a small amount in nz
@@6foot8jesuspilledpureblood82 what type of meat did you buy? Had to pay $25 for 3 smallish scotch fillets for smoko yesterday. Was not impressed. That was all they had, no rump. 2 more weeks and then I get the beast.
Can't wait..
Haha
Baker mentioned today in his live session for my weight and height that I need to build more muscle.
Go figure.
Looking forward to this! Gotta go grocery shopping but will catch this later.
Reminder activated - need to get the alarm clock to see it live at 4 a.m. 😂
Quick question, maybe as an idea for one of the next videos or interviews: Carnivore and its impact on the health of eyes/eyesights? Like some eye illnesses or dioptric changes in genereal for young, middle age and old people (farsightedness, shortsightedness, light sensibilities, and other damages, and so on).
Saw a video by Dr. Wiedeman about it. Seems to be another interesting but not so often mentioned topic. 🤔
I always thought I couldn’t live with out coffee but I’m 6 days no coffee 9 days carnivore and loving it.
darn, they recommend no coffee ? 😮
TY for both the fun rugby stories and of course the nutritional inspiration/guidance.
WOW - Fantastic interview! I really look forward to each new posting - I love the content, quality of information, and various perspectives your interviews bring.
Wooooooot so excited for this one
You have your shirts on!!! 😂 The profile photo you had no shirts on 😢.... Good info hope your message reach those that need it❤
