Could you please do a series On rare and unique species,, the propogation, the growing of such trees,, and the maintenance of said tree's I would love to hear all about it
Beautiful autumn colors! Here in Finland the winter came early, suddenly in the beginning of November. Almost all trees froze, dropping no leaf to the ground. We still have snow covered appletrees with all the leaves still on them. It’s always so interesting to see you work! You are a great inspiration to many people. Great Cedar forest!❤
Your way for mesh is cool. What works for you is what you go by. Everyone has their own way of doing mesh. Sometimes I just use un-milled sphagnum moss on the bottom after wetting it good. Also works.
Good evening Peter, Beautiful concept of choosing the different size of the tree to give it some dimension. Wanted to wish you and your family a Blessed Christmas Season. God bless. 🌟🎄❄️⛄️🎁
I have a larch forest, but I would like to try my hand at a blue cedar forest. I just need to get a few zones farther south to locate them. Spring trip. Happy Christmas
Thank you Peter and Josh. A very timely video. I've just managed to find a Blue Atlantic Cedar seedling to start as a bonsai. About 2 years old and about 9 inches high so its got a way to go yet. Have a good Christmas Hols and all the best for the New Year.

I love this channel. Peter has a great way of talking about bonsai, incredible depth of knowledge but also straightforward.
What a great collection of Blue Cedar trees. The color on them is fantastic.
lovely composition, as always. i would like to see it all wired up in a future video.
So fun to watch from start to finish. Cheers Peter!

Great Cedar forest!❤
Thank you for the fantastic bamboo sticks for stabilizing a forest
I have not seen anything like this before and I am so intrigued. So unusual and wonderful to look at. This forest is so wonderful.
I've seen bamboo staves used for shaping garden trees in China and Japan but I had not seen it used in miniature for bonsai before. Interesting idea.
Here in the US the Blue Atlas cedar (from Morocco originally) is very popular. Lovely tree.
What a nifty way to straighten the trees. Very cool idea.
I really enjoy a nice forest planting! Well done to you my friend. ✝️🇺🇲🙏
Mesmerizing yellow ginko, healthy trees for the forest... Awesome, thx for sharing Peter 👍
Awesome forest. Soon to become a favorite like your famous blue cedar forest.

Nice work Peter as always 😮
I love this idea and I'm so surprised you can do this in a shallow pot. Are there other types of trees you could do this with too? Love your videos!
very instructional
Thank you ❤
Good morning 🌅 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
What's the reason for wiring the branches in a downward position please?
to make it look like a large tree with branches that hang down due to weight
Wouldn't it have been easier to put the wire on before the cane?
Have you ever tried to make a chrysanthemum bonsai? That would make e great video.
You need the right type of chrysanths for this and its not easily available here.
Ok 🥰🥰👍
👍👌👌🙂
