Thank you Peter for the tour , it is never boring, each season the trees look different , I grow Japanese maples and Garry oaks from seed ,I learned a lot from you ,I am 73 now unfurtunately I have not 40 years left to get them so mature looking like yours. Thanks again without you bonsai would be still a mystery to me .

This was a beautiful experience. I love the way the trees are displayed, the winter blush of the evergreens, the deciduous trees showing their bones without foliage. I would treasure a coral bark maple and have plans to procure one in late winter/early spring from a local maple nursery.

Either i dont know the masters of this art or you are exceptionally better than other youtube bonsai creators. Its like within first few min of your video i can see how good the trees would be at the end of the video but with other's videos it feels like the work is not complete even at the end of the videos.

I love your stuff. My trees look horrible. Well I have several Japanese maples that I have grown from a seed. The oldest is around 12 years old. They have always been in a pot but not grown in a bonsai style. I'm terrified to touch them. I want to. But my two years experimentimg with the concept of bonsai is . 😢 I've loved bonsai my whole life. Love your stuff

Do you ever display pieces owned by your customers? That restoration of the half dead juniper would be a great specimen for display.

@@peterchan3100My apologies for the fixation on that piece. I just see a terrible beauty in it. I see God in that work.

Sorry to hear some trees were lost, especially considering the quality and age, A small suggestion to help prevent any more losses. If plastic was put over the fleece, perhaps with A few holes to permit some moisture to seep in to reduce keeping the roots constantly wet.

Peter, do you cover your pots with fleece at herons? I tend not to for the hardy trees. But they are under a cover

How do you stop the trees at the park from being stolen?
