- This class is an all round vinyasa flow class incorporating some simple balancing postures weaved through the flow to help cultivate your concentration and focus. Good Morning! On the beach, the sound of the ocean, breezes🪁. What a lovely gift . I don’t remember this one but I loved it! It did require my focus and stamina and mindfulness! Just what I needed today! I hope you can jump on your surf board now and catch a few waves!

Nice to find a new one x practicing on sand had my unwavering alertness and focus too! This is our local bay beach. It sits in front of the community house where I lead classes. On a low tide, these little islands of paradise emerge. Not often, but when they do… I shoot there. I surfed last week actually. Took me a while to get my sea legs back. It’s been a while but so nice to be in the water with the sun shining :-) so happy you enjoyed the class Martha x 🙏❤️

That was just wonderful, Fiona. I'd just finished a run and hike and the sequences were sooooo lengthening, soothing, and strengthening for my body.....ahhhhh. Namaste. :)

Nice session, relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I am in my apartment in Wuhan, but I could almost smell the sea air. 😀
Again this time, I really like the innovating sequencing of postures which doesn't follow the common vinyasa routine. I meant when I follow an usual video yoga class, as I'm doing a posture, I often have in my head the following posture before teacher says. But, with your classes, I often discover new movements combinations. It's so refreshing.. ☺

@@TwoBirdsYoga Things are evolving positively. Contagion is steadily decreasing and we hope the end of containment measures soon.
Now, the epidemic is spreading almost everywhere in the world and we will have to go through this. In Australia, low population density and the temperature should limit it I think.
But, yes, thank you to yoga to stay fit, to boost immunity and keep a good mind. I think yoga is still the best vaccine.
Your local beach makes me dream and in any case, the light is nice and the quality of the video better than in the studio! ..😉

Another fantastic session. Thank you so much Fiona. I have to be very focused to do Chaturanga correctly to not hurt my shoulders. It really helped me that you spent 5 breaths in downward dog so that I could take my time and didn't feel rushed. Perfect! And it was wonderful to hear the ocean sound during seated meditation.
