Dear Charlie, I'm so grateful I discovered you and your beautiful yoga classes here on YT around 3 weeks ago when I sprained my ankle and when I was searching for some no feet yoga. I always wanted to practice yoga but I never found a yoga teacher who suited me until I found you. 🥰 Your way of teaching yoga and making flows is unique and full of variety which I love so much. After the No Feet Yoga series I was encouraged to test my ankle (which got better btw) and did your last week's practice plan as well as this video before it was uploaded today. Absolutely amazing practice as always Charlie! Since I have been practicing with you I have made such significant improvements and progress, Especially within my hips! I just couldn’t believe the progress I have made with fire log pose and also cow face legs I am just over the moon that you have helped me to progress so well! Thank you so much Charlie as always. Just a little side note: do you have any videos to support progress with seated wide leg straddle fold as I am struggling especially with the rotation of my legs and keeping my knees and toes pointing up. I am still currently in a very narrow straddle as I have very limited flexibility and range within my hips, inner thighs? Thank you so much in advance! Xx
Hey Emma thank you again for such kind words it is an honour to teach you and share the practice 🙏 to answer your question I don’t have a specific video on this but one thing that is helpful is to tilt the pelvis forward as your enter the straddle position. This changes the alignment of the femur bone and the hip socket to make it easier to open the legs wider. I hope the next time you practice this tip helps you x

I started taking your classes daily 3 months ago and I've enjoyed every moment. I misjudged how difficult yoga can be but your instruction makes it doable. I can see the definition in my arms and legs coming back. My flexibility is increasing, too. I have a way to go when it comes to balance, though. You are an excellent instructor. Thank you so much for making these videos.
I really needed this the day after Christmas. Grief, trauma and overcoming the past has been a struggle yearly. The hip opening poses in this class really allowed me to let go and grieve what I needed to. With intention and gratitude for getting on the mat today, I gave everything to myself and let go of all that didn’t matter. I’ve been following you for a while and your practices allow me to express gratitude and peace for myself ❤

Really nice workout. We especially loved the beginning and the end of the practice. The whole practice was great, those two parts stood out the most to us. We feel stretched and good. Your transitions were clever and fun

I found this a good challenge for balance and flexibility - yet the slower pace and the deep exhales enabled to meet the challenges.
Particularly liked how the stand-splits felt and the transitions around warrior 3. After finishing, I feel calm and refreshed. Thank you 🙏

Hi Charlie, I really like your classes! Your flows are super creative, often more challenging than other lessons I've followed online, you give very clear instructions and the locations are just dazzling (where are you even recording these videos? Seriously! So pretty). Since you frequently ask us for feedback and I know how valuable honest feedback is, I just wanted to say that my shoulders did not feel prepared for mermaid pose at all 😅 I think I nearly tore a muscle there - it's a pose I can comfortably breathe in when I'm warmed up, but this felt way too soon.

Hi Charlie. From 19.16 min that is what I meant with fire log and cow face. Such an intense pose still after 1 year....Could you give maybe some advice about this pose? Ans IS it correct that the counter pose at 22.12 is not there? So lovely still this grounded yoga
Hello apologies that it took me a few days to get back to you. Firelog is really challenging and it’s one of those poses that have also taken me years to make progress works. Practicing pigeon pose helps and cradling the leg in a seated position is a great warm up for firelog. I think that may have been a mistake on my part if I missed a counter pose 😅
Hi Charlie, I love your yoga classes. I started practicing a week ago after letting go of yoga 5 years ago. I really want to regain my flexibility and strength again. One of my favorite poses was dancer. What yoga poses should I practice to get there? Thank you and Namaste!

Enjoying your classes. Your Gentle voice does help a lot. I would like to do the log and cow poses ( need on top of each other is already a challenge) without clutching my jaws .....🙏 For the rest please continue like you are doing Maybe extra morning classes ( I always start my day with yoga )

You're just a main stay in my routine teacher. Thank you as always for your very open and clear instructions. One thing I just can get a hang of is when I put my weight on my knees when I bend my leg up. It hurts a lot. Other than that, I always feel so refreshed after. Thank you!
