Art is something to be enjoyed and these people are true artists. They seem to be enjoying every minutes of that they do. I love it. Very inspirational! To las6: It's up to the artist about what they do with their works. I found the film a lot more inspiring with the fact they painted over and over the canvas. To build upon something that was already there. Plus they never truely destroyed anything it was just covered by more layers of paint.
i really enjoy your work! people think that its sad that you destroy your pieces afterwards, but you dont! you tape them, so theyre still alive! awesome!
video is a form of art i think recording it is alot better than the original art it shows the whole process and the whole film itself is a peice of art. i think the orignal video(not the crappy youtube version) would be much higher quality and such an inspiration to artists.
It's called "goodbye art" where the art is "painting" not "THE painting" Basically the movie is the finished piece. not the canvas. You should check out philinthecircle. That guy is crazy cool too.
Where's the puzzle?? All I see, is a picture that keeps moving around and gets erased.. then start all over again.. Great paintings, but Where's the puzzle??
Just so you know, I was being an ass intentionally. Because it does sum up how I feel about the video. I think the art is indeed amazing and I can even understand the whole concept of drawing in layers. What I don't get is that when you have a perfectly fine piece of art, you go and paint it fully white/black and then start from scratch. Why not just take a new canvas and continue there? Then you could donate the excess art to me. :P (or even...*gasp*..Sell it.)
u knw to tell ya d truth i hate art... as in like for exams or learning subject.... BUT~!!! i luv admiring art works... jus like dis 1~!!! it is soo darn COOOOL~! cooles piece i hav ever seen... think bout it...u used different umm ahh... the thing u sued for painting?? is it drawin block? aniways.. u oni used 3 of dose.. n created lots of art pieces~ u twisted it move here move dere... n it came out GRRReat~!!! keep up the good job~!!! favorited~!!!
The point doesn't lie in the final peice, its the process of creating the art that behind this video. They dont make the art to feel accomplished when they are done, they do it because they enjoying creating the art, and the final product isn't as important as the process. At least thats what i got out of it, not sure what the artists reasons are. I shouldn't be talking for them, as i re-read what i said.
Awesome! I am in awe of your talent and creativity. Each of your videos I have watched have simply captivated me, and taken me through a range of emotions as I watch the art being created, the artists and their interaction with eachother and their relationship to the painting. I will be watchig avidly for more of your work. This has been my biggest inspiration for my own flailing muse. thanks for sharing >.
OMG!! This is so amazing, it's fun to see you guys playing around with the puzzles and had fun doing all these fabulous drawings/paintings, it seems like impossible to keep changing the puzzles around and painting at the same time, but this is exactly what these guys are doing, they're are truely amazing and really talented, thanx for sharing ^^
It never ceases to amaze me at the capabilities of the average artist with immense talent to totally turn their talent against those of us without. But it's enjoyable none the less. Thanks.
This group always has such wonderful music to accompany their pieces. The first track on this work is : Fat Jon & Nujabes - Nightshift. The rest, of course, I am still clueless about :p
rearranging the pieces, painting over, not caring what your drawing just drawing it i am amazed.
The fish was incredible and I just loved the ending!
