Yes, Port wine. I still talk about the smell, lol. But it does look fabulous on you. And it is harder to see when you only do part of your face, but when the whole face is done, it just looks flawless. And I just LOVE your top 😍

This is one of my personal favorite foundations. I have it in the color sand. One full pump gives me medium coverage and it looks flawless all day. I have dry to combination skin. I have repurchased this many times. Looks great on you!

I absolutely LOVE this foundation. I have tried so many and really don't even think about trying another once since finding this one. The original LaMer face powder was amazing and now that they reformulated the powder, reduced the amount of product while raising the price, I haven't repurchased the powder. Thanks for the review.

Grace I have this foundation in Buff also. You picked the right shade and it looks great on you!! It’s so hard to pick shades online but you picked the right one. We seem to wear similar shades. I’m so glad I can see what other shades you use in different products. 😊 Like you mentioned before there’s not many influencers with same skin shade. 😊 I have the original powder but it seems like it’s been reformulated. I love the Chantecaille blush on you. Your lipstick is beautiful & goes perfectly with your blouse. Love how your testing out new products & see what works for you. 😊❤️

Beautiful!!! Ironically, I have both the foundation and the powder but I’ve never used them together. I’m not sure why. Now, I will have to use them to see how the work together! Re:the Chantecaille blush...oh my goodness, it is so beautiful and I love it.Chantecaille certainly has it’s baked gelée formulas and gorgeous packaging down to a science! I have this foundation and powder and I love them; it is the only foundation I have found that does not settle in the creases of the face. I use a big fluffy brush with the powder and do very light dusting and I don't like a powdery look. I have found that it softens texture on the skin.

Hi- I'm having the hardest time finding the right shade. . My first bottle I finished was Beige, but it was a little ashy on me. I picked up a new bottle recently during the Sephora sale in the shade Tan , but now that looks too muddy and that needs to go back. I love the formula, but I just can't find the right color. Ug.. so frustrating.

The La Mer foundation is my holy grail. I am a light coverage gal. The smell is very minimal and disappears quickly. Have not found one better. Do not use powder and use super goop as a primer

💕 I so enjoy applying this one. Thanks for the tip to avoid the combo. I applied the Sisley SPF stick on top of all of this & then went swimming. When I got out I was amazed that my makeup was in tact 😮! I don’t know if it was the combo or the La Mer itself. I’ll have to keep experimenting with it.

About the powder - I think it was reformulated because I remember I used to like it in the past but the last one that I purchased was not great. I didn't use it at all. It just doesn't work on my combo skin.

🌸 isn’t it so difficult to find people on UA-cam with our coloring? I’ve got Shea but I also ordered Cream. Shea is just a tad warm & rich for me so I asked a Chantecaille rep for some help & Cream was her suggestion. She also happens to have the same coloring - yay! I really like the La Mer foundation. It looks especially pretty on camera ❤️

I had ordered Sisley- but that one they did totally mess up and told me to go with 3 neutral - that is darker than my skin tone. When I saw you had 2+ I was like Mannnn they really did mess up! I dont think I can do anything about that though :(
Hi, have you tried Pigmanorm or Hydroquinone for your hyperpigmentation? It was a game changer for me. Ask your derm about it. Which do you prefer the La Mer, MAC or Armani Lumi Silk?

I don’t really use the fluffy puff...it’s very aggressive. I got the brush w the powder and it is my #1large brush 🤍
😂 Aggressive is accurate! I was like - what is this?! 😧 So much at once and very uneven. I had to wash my face and start over 😁
