I see a difference! La Met is brighter and more glowy!
The lamer side definitely looks brighter it’s my fav loose powder it’s expensive but worth the price in my opinion it’s like silk on the skin

Hi there !I been watching you for a long time and I never comment until now. You truly can see a big different in the powder, La Mer is better to me. I use both and I'm truly is in love with my La Mer powder, I use it all over my face. I also own the foundation as well. You will be hook with the line, if you give a it a chance. Please don't look at the price. I know that is super hard to do, however I believe in the line and the skincare is very great as well. I started using the when I heard JLO was using it and I'm so glad I did.
I was over it when La mer increased the price from $60 to $95 and cut the amount in half.

I have the LaMer powder and I really enjoy it....Is it worth the COINT ?? Who can really say...LOL but, I am glad I have it in rotation. We makeup lovers are addicts.. just accept it 😫💋😫...and I do have the Chanel as well 👀👀👀. ( Side bar...Girlll buy the TF Bronzer brush..it's great ) 🤗
TF brushes are now synthetic. I missed out in buying the real hair one. If the synthetic one good as well? I have the La Mer powder brush. Don't think it's all that.
Yes I brought the TF brush before they changed. I may buy a synthetic one to see the comparison. 🤗
The more I use it the more I like...just not $95 worth. And you're making me going to go ahead and take the plunge on the TF brush! 😩😩 I have heard great things!
The Laura looks dry. Compared to the la mer. But it’s not bad. You can only tell bcus they are next to each other. I think if you use the la mer a few times thn go back to the Laura you will want the la mer. Which is why I don’t even go down that road unless I’m full prepared to keep paying that price lols.
Great review! I got the info below from the La Mer site. It's insinuating it will help the skin but then backtrack with the words healthiest *looking* center. But hell for 95 I would want it to help it be better not just look,lol. Thanks for taking the jump for us.

I agree with you. For $95, I just feel like it should walk on water. But I knew I should have tapered my expectations. How amazing can a setting Powder be?
@@CamilliaYvette if it had added benefits for skin I would totally get the justification for some people. It's like pro makeup (which is relatively cheap) versus high end makeup usually some higher end makeup adds skincare benefits so I totally get people paying extra for it. Example: Mehron Skin Prep Pro (primer) versus Too Faced Hangover Primer , Too Faced added skincare benefits so I get charging extra for skincare and primer that helps extend makeup.

Yea, La Mer has pink shimmery particles in it. I bought mine for $60 just before they changed the packaging and formular(I think).
When was this Powder $60 and how did I miss it lol.
Before it was reformulated. Previous packaging was bigger.
The Laura M has come out with the glow powder maybe it’s made a difference 🤷♀️

When you did the check in to be honest I didn’t see a difference. I luv the Laura Mercier powder it’s HG for me too. Both sides look really good but I don’t think I’ll be buying a $95 powder 😂 I’ll take it as a gift tho 🛍😂

I don’t totally get why everyone thinks la mer is that expensive - think how much some of us spend on lashes/filler/Botox/hair.. none of them last that long but your going to get 3-6 months out of your la mer products.. I love every and each product plus they always give samples which is so fun! I don’t feel the need for much make up after a few years using la mer so maybe I’m SAVING money? 🧐😂😂😂
The La Mer powder maybe nice but I see the difference. The Laura Mercier side is more flawless to me. I am not feeling the $95 powder.
