There was a time in Marvel Comics when Captain America's shield was the single most indestructible piece of metal on earth (if not the universe proper). Its strength and durability was on par or greater than true Adamantium or Uru. In the past twenty years or so, writers have used its destruction to signify how powerful a particular character or weapon is. I really miss the good ol days. That shield deserves far more respect.
I don't think that "Chaos War" is canon, but what did Hercules wield that gave him the strength to summon beings such as Galactus and Eternity and battle the Chaos king? I think that should be up there as well.

Yes, but he's limited to his resources - in at least one comic, he had to scavenge his own cybernetics to build something needed. Something like the Tactigon would probably need some pretty exotic resources to build.
The Infinity gems, the Mkrann Crystal, the Ultimate Nullifier, Cosmic cube, Cosmic seed, the Norn Stones, the Heart of the Universe, All Black the Necrosword, Gungnir, the Odinsword, Mjolnir, and a probably too many more to remember.
How is the gauntlet more op than the cosmic cube? The cube does the same thing as the gauntlet in all realities/universes, while the gauntlet only works in its own.
Why does everyone forget about the Star Brand? Talk about a powerful weapon. If you transfer the Brand to another person, you still retain 10% of it, and that small percentage is still a massive amount of power. I recommend people read Star Brand Classic published in 1986 as well some issues of Quasar.

In the comics the gauntlet itself is special, I think the only thing that can hold the gems. Thanos had to steal it from the world of the dead in that special well that told him what the gems were. In the movies, they specifically break the rules as an in-joke I think

No top 10 list should have some petty weapons some heroes casually use that can't generate immense destruction to the point of endangering the Universe.

Stormbreaker is just a weaker Mjolnir so it doesn't really belong on this list, its probably 11th.
