      Yep. Serbia now, I bought an M70 Zastava about 6 years ago in 22-250 ideal for most work here in Australia. Beautifully finished and accurate. Cheers.

    They are very well made rifles. Best bargain on the market.

    I just picked up an Interarms Mark X in 375 H&H about 7 months ago and FINALLY found ammo to go test/play with it. Bought 40 rounds of 270 gr and 40 rounds of 300 gr and can't wait to get out and bruise my shoulder up and find out just how good this gun is!!! It's my first bolt action so wish me luck.

      I have traditionally been a model 70 owner but saw one of these mark X in 375 H&H recently. Just wondering how you feel about yours! I’m very interested in the rifle. It seems to be a well build rifle. Thoughts vs a model70? Thanks

    *AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, IT'S THE BEST OF THE BEST! I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND JUST THE ACTION AND HAD A BARREL MADE FOR IT IN A .270 WITH A 26.5" BARREL AND AS IT TURNES OUT, THE RIFLE WITH A LEUPOLD SCOPE 3.5-10 X 50 CONSISTENTLY PUT BULLETS WITH IN 1/16TH OF AN INCH AT 100 YARDS...BEING ON A BENCH REST OF COURSE, BUT HAD TO DIAL IN THE SCOPE. I'VE NEVER HAD A MORE ACCURATE RIFLE IN MY LIFE AND I'VE HAD PLENTY!* *HANG ON TO THE RIFLE, IT'S A JEWELL TO BE SURE AND THE CALIBER IS PERFECT!!* *P.S. i HAD TWO, ONE IN A .243 AND THE SECOND I HAD CHAMBERED IN A .270...TWO PERFECT RIFLES!!!*

    The safety's are notorious for being able to pull the trigger while the safety is on. You can take the safety off and use a file to fix it. I had one in 270win and shot 20deer with it. Solid rifle

      I’ve used my .270 for elk but found myself wanting more power after I had a 500 yard shot on a 350 class bull. I missed it couldn’t get closer. .270 is great for elk out to 300-400 but beyond that I prefer larger. I bought this rifle in a 7mm rem mag. I do prefer to always get close but sometimes it’s not an option

      I had the same issue one year and I missed 3 big bulls. I took 6 shots at 525 yards and completely missed. I have shot plenty of cow elk at 400yards. Last year I won a 28 Nosler and have it dialed in for shots out to 750yards. This year i have another elk tag in Wyoming and I am hunting with my 270.

      @@hahn-arms8006 I have owned interarms mark X rifles and looked at many, many other mark X's, I think they are very nice rifles, but I have never seen one with a 29 inch barrel, have not even seen in specifications where it was an option. You either have a very, very rare rifle, or else your rifle has been rebarreled at some point. Looking at your rifke in the video, it doesn't look like it has a 29 inch barrel, a barrel that long is usually pretty obvious.

  • @BrianReno-qy9wk
    @BrianReno-qy9wk 9 місяців тому +1

    Speed is power. 3200fps x3200fps =times the wieght of the bullet 130gr = then divided by 450400 gives you your foot pounds of energy. A 243 is just fine .there was a guy killing water buffalo with a 270wsm 140gr bullet 1 shit 125 yards.. nothing wrong with a 243 or 6mm Remington. Don't take much to kill white tails

    • @hahn-arms8006
      @hahn-arms8006  9 місяців тому

      Doesn't take much no. You can kill them with a 22short. But in my opinion the 243 is to fast it doesn't drop them right there.shot placement is key but I have shot them thru the neck with 243 and they had will to live and ran 70-100 yrds

    *A BETTER WAY TO TAKE IT OUT OF BATTERY IS TO OPEN THE BOLT THEN PULL THE TRIGGER AND CLOSE THE BOLT, IT TAKES IT OUT OF BATTERY, BUT TO REENGAGE THE PIN SIMPLY LIFT THE BOLT AND CLOSE IT AND IT WILL BE READY TO SHOOT! THAT'S ANY BOLT ACTION RIFLE!!*

    It’s not made in England. It’s actually made and assembled in three different countries assembled in steps. Stocks and blueing done in America after Being imported through Virginia. They have a lot of problems with safety issues. I’m fixing one now for my brother. It fires with any slight touch to the safety. They can be made to be very accurate rifles. They are very nicely blued with nice looking stocks. Real steel trigger guards. Steel trigger and steel iron sights. A gun like that would cost around $1300.00 if built Today. My brothers rifle isn’t even broke in yet. Never even had glass optics on it yet.
