I'm in Melbourne, Australia, so I'm watching this with just over 3 hours to go until 2024. Honestly a great way to be spending the end of 2023. I love watching you win at this game (and those tasty kill montages). Keep it up!
I was thinking while watching “the music is giving me Tomato pre-steam energy” and then I got to the bit where you were watching a Tomato vod and laughed. Not a coincidence afterall! ^_^
I didn't realize until the bit at 21:30 but this channel is criminally underrated, really looking forward to going through other videos
I watched these, episode by episode as they came out, and I said then what I say now. The best PZ series.
That "I'll kill them all" montage up to 5000 kills has massive Romero Dawn of the Dead vibes.
I realized at 1:17:55 this godly man had a stalker armor mod, i mean the mods, the music, the montages it's all amazing!
The syncing with the music has singlehandedly made this the first 100 days video ive ever watched to completion. its amazing!
Your montages are half the reason I love your content. Never charge. These montages are some of the most masterful I've seen.
This pipe sync with music is an absolute banger!!!
The Darktide soundtrack instantly won this video a like. So freaking good, and the edit was perfect!
absolutely phenomenal editing and pacing. only halfway through and already loving it! i’ve gotta say i’m a bit jealous of how calm you managed to stay in so many hair-raising situations!
the timing of bullets to beats in the song is the best part imo. I know of only a few people that do this in their videos, and you are by far the most skilled at it.
it just cant imagine the amount of work it takes to sync all those bits of fotage to the music
Honestly, seeing three or more zombies coming at me leaves me panicked irl. Don’t know how he beats back hordes of hundreds at a time.
love the pipe bash sync rhythm with the music
Walking around, surrounded by zombies in the fog is so metal
It's amazing to see how good your editing has become. Also, the soundtrack you picked out kicks.
The soundtrack sounds like something out of state of decay tbh
I can't speak for the whole video, but at least the first bit is from Warhammer 40k: darktide. Jasper Kyd does great work.@@whatisahandle_69
I think at first it was from Skyrim 😅
It is from darktide 40k
I loved the use of all the soundtracks from Deep Rock Galactic
Him saying 15 fucking M9s made me laugh
I can just imagine a rescue team finding this man.
Half a dozen metal pipes on his person, 15 M9’s with no ammo.
Muscles that could rival a body builder.
Snorting a mixture of raw coffee and cocaine
And thousands upon thousands of burnt and skullfractured corpses littering the landscape
I just bought the Game and stumbled ober this Video. I’ve played for smth like 2 hours and I’m still shitting my pants when there is a zombie in front of my door. Seeing you killing that many and doing these sick montages just blew my mind. Continue like that and maybe one time more people are able to appreciate your content. Have a good one
Excellent use of all the LA Noire music, it really took me back to those days. We are LONG overdue for a sequel🔥
i dont usually press the like button on videos, but synchronising hits to music multiple times in one vid makes my brain happy, and i KNOW that's a pain to do, earned my "like"
37:50 HE"S GUNSYNCING! THE LOST ARTS HAVE BEEN RECOVERED!
This is my new favorite video ever. I can't imagine how much adrenaline you must've felt with all these hoards constantly on your heels! And the editing! Its a masterpiece in and of its own! Bravo, just bravo. I don't have any other words for the amount of skill, patience and more skill!
Bro looked at the 10k+ horde and really said "It's not like it's the end of the world"
49:57 are you SURE you were practicing reloading??
This is what I’ve always wanted. Just a survivor doing survivor things. Preparation, planning, executing, adapting.
No stupid movie bs, just one dude against the world with only his wits. Love it. Good video brother.
I don't know if you edit these videos yourself but editing the timing of killing zombies to the beat of the music cannot be easy, but it makes zombie genocide entertaining to watch and is appreciated!
This might be a weirdly specific compliment but I feel like you might get a kick out of it. You are one of the only content creators that I can watch without increasing the video speed. The pacing of your videos and your rate of speaking are just perfect. You'll hit 100k in no time!
Are you braindead?
The pipe thuds to the beat was fantastic
A mod called amateur electrician gives you one lvl of electrical and knowledge of generator use, for 3 pts. Being a carpenter who doesn't know how to use a gen is silly 😂. Great vid 👍🏻
Oh yeah, fence cheese works with guns too.
Electrical was thankfully very easy to level in the mall with all the computers and things on the roof
I get that
Its vids like these that make me wish I could really "get into" zomboid sooo badly. Unfortunately I find myself getting very overwhelmed and therefore easily burnt out as I'm still very new to the game and learning its ins and outs seems incredibly demanding. Keep up the great content man, these movies are great binge material!!
My advice: use the starter kit (custom difficulty). Go down swinging with the bat a few times just to get used to the combat controls. (Don't use the tutorial for this, the tutorial does a lot of weird things). Once you have the basics down, then try to actually survive a few days.
@@fractalgem Thanks for the tip! If you don't mind me asking, how do I set this up? Haven't really delved into the custom settings. Is it a particular setting or just more of a general thing?
@@DivineSparta there is a checkbox somewhere in the settings, its been a while though. Theres also an option to give yourself more starting points.
the synced up darktide music to every kill healed my cancer
Dead rising vibes anyone?
The Necromancer theme and Darktide were excellent music choices.
This was one of the best videos on YT, I've set through the entire thing, actually watching it and not just having it on the 2nd monitor , and I dont even play Zomboid or ever played it.
With that display of gunplay, you are now an Honorary American.
Bro somehow has me jamming out to zombie heads getting bashed in. Now that's top tier editing.
That edit with the zombie hits with the pipe. GOATED BEAUTIFUL
Amazing video, I was floored by the story telling tbh. Rooting for this one survivor against the odds in a mall lol.
Ive never seen or played this game but you've made it so interesting to watch. The game is incredibly in depth it blew my mind!
massive shout out to the way you combined the music and onslaught of ther pipe together at 10.00 mins . that is some editing
Warthunder is a fitting sponsor, everybody who played to top tier can very much relate to the grind.
25:53 the music brings back memories fr
Yeah it does what's the name of it?
@@venialivelizardit’s from the walking dead season 1 video game ain’t know the name tho (bit late on the reply😅)
The editing in this video, especially the montage bits with the high action music and syncing is crazy
21:28 When he said to subscribe, the subscribe button lit up. That's pretty dope. Good video man, I like the music and atmosphere, especially the zombie hordes. Survival games are amazing. Keep it up!
Wtf it did, thats sick
Commenting because I can see how much effort you put into this video (the editing to match the music! absolutely on-point and i KNOW that takes a lot of work) and I figure the least I can do is help a bit with the algorithm. Great stuff!
Yeah tons of it and meticulous degrees too from my experience
Bro, I won’t lie. I was halfway expecting the doom slayer theme to start playing during some of those fights.😂 like how many freaking zombies are inside that area it’s absolutely ridiculous.
25:00 Alive inside... I often listen to this track again, and each time it makes me dream more and more about a device that erases memories.
Whats the name of the song?
@@venialivelizard Alive inside
@@donormyll thanks!
51:50 not the boy kisser music
the ptsd hit hard
I just KNOW this editing took forever. 😭 Props to you, man, great video!
