Thanks so much for watching, this guide doubles as a recap for our Lonewolf Fighter playthrough, I learned a ton while making this video and I'm definitely eager for the next playthrough, expect a stream on youtube sometime in the near future of us starting the next one! Thank you so so much for the continued support, y'all are making this a dream come true.
TIMESTAMPS:
00:00 Intro/Character Creation
00:35 Act 1
04:18 Act 2
06:08 Act 3 - Ігри
You forgot to add a bow. For example, 2 different bows that can give haste and celestial haste, one bow in act 1 that gives +1 initiative and one bow in the start of act 3, which give +3 initiative. Also one bow which give crit on 19 and 20 rolls.
You also don't need proficiency to get the benefits! There's no downside to running them even if you never plan of firing them! Here's the bows you mentioned with maybe minor spoilers:
- Bow of Awareness (Act 1, sold by Roah Moonglow in Goblin Camp) for +1 initiative
- Darkfire Shortbow (Act 2, sold by Dammon in Last Light) for fire & cold resistances and a free Haste cast (my personal favorite, though less good on a Tiefling who already has inherent fire res)
- Hellrider Longbow (Act 3, sold by Ferg in Rivington. DON'T have Shadowheart in your party) for +3 initiative. Easy to miss because it just looks like a regular uncommon longbow, even though it's arguably the best bow in the game
- The Dead Shot (Act 3, sold by Fytz by the Lower City Central Wall) for -1 needed to roll a critical hit on all attack rolls
- Gontr Mael (Act 3, looted from Steel Watcher Titan) for Celestial Haste ability (can only target self) and several other strong effects that require you to fire the bow
Oh wow never thought about a throwing build like that! I just imagined throwing random items, not an actual weapon! Thanks for the vid!
So excited for the next lonewolf run of yours. Keep it up!
Loved the series! And glad for this video, used the exact build for my regular party and karlach, is a literal beast and carry’s my team. So excited to see what else you come up with! :)
AND I’M BACK, loving the vids dude
Can't wait to see the next lonewolf build!
Got an idea for ye if you do another series, and it is technically the opposite of your last one. 4 Oathbreaker Paladin, the rest Necromancer Wizard. 1 controlled undead, and 2 summoned undead. The never alone lonewolf
Love that title, that sounds like a sick build too, I'll look into that
Plenty of bows that add benefits without using them, especially the bow that adds hunter's mark from Dammon in the grove, then you can have HM from the start, not to mention advantage against beasts.
your content is amazing dude
Would love to see other playthroughs too, like 4 clerics for example. Your content is really well done and professional feeling.
Thanks man I appreciate it a ton! I already have plans to mix up the type of challenges I do so thanks for the recommendation!
the A-men is always a fun team
Gona be so many spirit gaurdians
Here's hoping for the ultimate swashbuckler next. Solo bard run!
Amazing 😻
I've been running the sparkle hands on an EK throwing build which you can get pretty early in act 1 - those gloves generate lightning charges on throws (even though it says unarmed attacks). I think the dpr should be at least as good as a bonus 1d4 but I haven't really checked (throw damage can get kinda buggy with multiple damage procs).
You can sacrifice the forbidden knowledge from the Necromancy of Thay at the mirror of loss to not lose any stats
True, that's a good way to get it done too!
Or, just remove curse...
I love the truant
Do you think you could make a paladin warlock build guide?
Little late, but he just finished a solo honour mode run with this combo. Might be worth checking out.
Pingle
Is the auntie ethel hair that important? Killed her before i ended up deciding to change my class
It's not super important but I would definitely allocate a different feat to boost your strength up to 20 just cause of how nutty it is with Tavern Brawler
@@the_truant hell yeah, appreciate that my man
