The fact most people won't tackle this themselves, has kept the WET pollen filter issue so unknown!!. The air inlet under scuttle panel is often splashed during heavy rain/washing. Resulting in water ingress. Filter absorbing and holding water until overtime dries out. Not ideal.
ahhh I've lost one of the T15 and the left wing of the panel broke on me as soon as I tried to pull it out. Do you know the dimension of the screws so that I can buy a replacement? I googled T15 torx but there seems to be many differend lengths.
Accidents happen… I reckon you could just use a self tapping screw of the same length and size. It doesn’t have to be a T15. Tread pitch should be the same.
@@shedworxxxthanks. My ford is driving me crazy. There is an odour but it not the cabin filter. I have took it out and it is like new without any smell
@@shedworxxx yes it does have an A/C it is a Ford Focus mk4 2019 and there is definitely a smell. It is not the filter because I took it out and it is like new, with no smell at all. The upholstery doesn't smell either so at this point I am lost as to where the smell is coming from. It smells like smelly feet :(

@@Nocadleeeee does your car have a/c? Bacteria can gather on the evaporator behind the dash and can cause a bad smell.
