@@jouseff_1293 I don’t think so but it Al depends on personal preference and the main purpose of the car. They cause the dash vibrate and rattle so I wouldn’t fit them to a nice road car or show car.

1NZ-FE pistons are a good alternative to replacing the stock pistons, seen them running fine @ 1 bar boost or even on a stock tune. It is 75mm so its 1mm oversize from the standard 74mm, fits on the stock rod with very little machining on the wrist pin hole, most important is that it maintains the stock compression of 180psi with the standard 1NZ piston rings in a fresh oversized cylinder. Much better drivability than Vitara pistons that have much lower compression.

@@shedworxxx Well, 1NZ pistons can be found in the Yaris/Echo that use the 1NZ. Its the predecessor engine to the E series family after all. Better to buy new ones instead since they are dirt cheap.

check the valve cover pcv baffles if you havent cleaned them yet, I have a tercel (5efe same engine but stroker) and they were filled with sludge, cleaned them out and car now purrs like no other
the case with athena head gaskets can be solved by drilling and tapping the threads on the block so you can use 4age head studs

what does the bleeding look like after installing a new filter? How does the engine start?
@@artur3463 thanks for watching. After filling the filter with diesel I cycled the ignition a couple of times and the car started as normal.
When you say back it off what do you mean? Are you sliding the sensor away from the actual throttle flap?

@@shedworxxx around 6:18 it’s when you adjust it for continuity
@@NMG-Shawty yes so start at “I” (open circuit) and then move the sensor until you have continuity. You want the sensor positioned at the first point of continuity (switch just closed). When it’s set correctly the tps switch should open in sync with the throttle flap itself.

Are the calipers for the ep91 the same as the 1996 tarcel
I believe they are bro but don’t hold me to that… but Toyota Sera rear calipers are the same.

Honestly I’m not sure what model as it was in the car when I bought it. If I had to guess, I’d say the motor is out of a E100 jdm Corolla.
The last time I did this, I placed a piece of board under the glass to support it. I think you can still get brand new regulators too, as the tercels have the same mechanism

It’s a cat back system from driftshop.com for an s14. It was slightly modified to fit.

@@sircefiro it wasn’t too bad… just cut and lengthen near the front section and had to move the hangers. Saved a lot of time and effort from making one from scratch.

Can u show a break down of how u converted the brakes? Like if u used oem brake lines or had to swap them and things like that!
Thanks for watching bro. For the brake lines there is a simple conversion kit available online. It’s for a s14/15. I didn’t have time to wait for the kit so I got banjo bolts to fit the 4 pots but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Thanks brother 💪🏻 it’s a smooth rocker cover with AN fittings connected to a China spec can. I fitted a sock air filter for bike carbs to the top as the one it came with wasn’t clearing the bonnet. Previous I had a RW developments one on the car but it had to go to make space for the coolant bottle…

@@officialtimcruz3077it’s from max speeding rods but I wouldn’t recommend it… a knock off cusco one would be better but RWD is definitely the best option available atm.

ahhh I've lost one of the T15 and the left wing of the panel broke on me as soon as I tried to pull it out. Do you know the dimension of the screws so that I can buy a replacement? I googled T15 torx but there seems to be many differend lengths.
Accidents happen… I reckon you could just use a self tapping screw of the same length and size. It doesn’t have to be a T15. Tread pitch should be the same.

You can also fine adjust timing on the idler pully if I remember correctly.
I have a 1993 Toyota Sera...which has rear disc brakes from a Starlet...I also have a 1990 Toyota Sera which has rear drum brakes.....I am in USA.....One of my rear brake cylinders seized up....my hand brake is seized up also....ive got a rebuilt kit....dont know if I have patience or skill to rebuild...I am thinking that I just want to buy new calipers and rotors and emergency brake cables.....do you know where I can buy them ....???/
