- इस वीडियो में भस्त्रिका करने के तरीका बहुत ही आसान भाषा में समझाया गया है और कोई भी भस्त्रिका अच्छे से सीख सकता है। भस्त्रिका कब और कितना करना चाहिए इसकी जानकारी अच्छे से दी गई है ।
भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम एक बहुत ही प्रभाव शैली प्राणायाम है जो आलस, अनिद्रा, अस्थमा, ब्रोंकाइटिस, साइनस जैसी बीमारियों को दूर करता है
इसको करने से शरीर की अतिरिक्त चर्बी भी खत्म हो जाती है । भस्त्रिका लिवर के लिए बहुत अच्छा है और पाचन शक्ति बढ़ाता है ।
भस्त्रिका को नियमित रूप से करने से चेहरे पर चमक और रौनक आजाती है ।
भस्त्रिका एपिलेप्सी, हर्निया, गर्भवती महिलाओं, हाल ही हुई सर्जरी के दौरान नहीं करना चाहिए
भस्त्रिका को करने के तीन लेवल होते है :
१) सामान्य गति
२) मध्यम गति
३) तीव्र गति
In this video step by step tutorial on Bhastrika Pranayama is been demonstrated. It is in simple hindi language and even a beginner can easily learn and practise. Detailed information about when and how much Bhastrika Pranayama to be practised is given.
Bhastrika Pranayama is one of the powerful breathing techniques which can cure problems like laziness, insomnia, asthma, bronchitis, sinus, cough etc.
Is also reduce excess fat by increasing metabolism. It activates liver to digest fats easily and improve digestion.
If Bhastrika practised regularly, gives a nice glow on face due to increased Blood Circulation.
Bhastrika Pranayama should not be performed by people who are suffering from Epilepsy, Hernia, Recent Surgery and serious heart condition.
Pregnant women should also avoid this Pranayama
There are 3 level to learn Bhastrika Pranayama:
1. Normal Pace Bhastrika
2. Medium Pace Bhastrika
3. Fast Pace Bhastrika

0:58 Ye apne sahi bola didi Exam ka pressure bahut hai aur competition bhi bahut hai! Itna Sochkar hi thak jate hai! 4:27 I was confused 😕 between Bhastrika & Kapal-Bhati! Now it's cleared! 1st) There is forceful respiration(Inhalation+Exhalation)in Bhastrika but there is only forceful exhalation in Kapal-Bhati & inhalation is normal here! 2nd) Another difference is there is movement of belly in Kapal-Bhati but there is no such movement in Bhastrika(Only Chest, Belly will slightly bulge during inhalation or it become normal while exhalation) Thanks 👍!

Madam, if I practise level 2 Bhrastrika Prayanam and after that perform Sudarshan Kriya ( as per Art of Living ) then, do I need to practise Anulom Vilom also. Please enlighten. Thanks & Regards

I too had this problem. I started doing anlom vilom 15 min and kapal bhati 15 min regularly and still continuing from last 2 year . Anxiety and panic attacks vanished after 4 month practice. Only requirement is you have to be consistent and improvement is observed after 2-3 months. This is my personal observation about myself and other may have their opinion.

भस्त्रिका, कपालभाति, नाड़ी शोधन, अनुलोम विलोम और भी जो important combination है वो मिला कर 1 वीडियो बनाइये madam, bcoz हम job वालो के पास time कम होता है, तो 30-35 मिनट का एक वीडियो हो जिसमें only योगा हो, न कि उन्हें सही तरीके से कैसे करना है ये बताना, क्योंकि आप ने पहले ही सही तरीके से करना सीखा दिया है, जिससे हम आपके साथ साथ योग कर सके।

One level at at time in which you are comfortable. You can;t do all the level in one sitting.

I am teacher and have to speak too much loudly for hrs. But nowadays become uncomfortable afer maximum 1/2 hr lecture due to breathing/lungs problems. Also taking Budecort 200 rotocaps inhaler once daily. Age 52, all these problems started since Nov, 2019. Also sugar pp 200 at that time but now 110 , no medicines. BP medicine going on since last 4 years. Didi, if u can advise certain pranayam specially for lungs/breathing problems.

start with Bhastrika - madhyam gati
Kapalbhati - 20-30 per min and then break
Anulom Vilom - 16 cycle
Bhramari - 7 cycle
Ujjayi - 10-15 breaths
After pranyama lie down in Savasan for 5-10 min (You can practise ujjayi while lying down)
Practise only 2-3 pranyaama at one time and others on next day.
