No Kneading Supersoft Milk Bread - just use spatula

- How to make a supersoft Milk Bread without kneading, just use spatula to mix. From now on, don't buy bread anymore. Make your own homemade fresh bread and preservative free. If you don't like kneading, this is the perfect recipe for you. Come and bake along with me darling bakers!
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1/4 cup milk powder (33g)
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons sugar (45g)
2 and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast (7g)
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (50-60ml)
3 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour (400g)
or you can use bread flour
1 tsp salt (4g)
Plus melted butter or oil for drizzling
1. MIx all wet ingredients, add flour and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Drizzle with melted butter or oil then cover for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
3. Drizzle with oil and mix again. Then cover for 30 minutes.
4. Release the gas then divide the dough into 12 equal pieces or 60 grams each.
5. Roll and smooth into a ball. Bench rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll out and flatten each ball. Roll into a log. PInch the edges to seal.
7. Place in greased baking pan or dish, 12x8 unches.
8. Cover for 25 minutes to proof.
9. Brush with eggwash.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-22 minutes or until golden.
11. Serve and enjoy!

Not even 24 hour posted and i already made this bread lol. Its really easy. I love making bread but the one thing holding me is kneading! So this no knead recipe is perfect for me. Obviously gonna make this my go to bread recipe. Its so good, fluffy and easy to make! Homemade bread is the best! Thanks for the recipe ❤
One thing I would change is maybe the yolk. Idk, but it tastes fatty and heavy, maybe due to the egg yolk. Very yellowish, too. It's soft, but it's not airy. Or is it because I didn't let it rest in the mould first? 🤔 I think maybe that's the reason because if I'm not mistaken, people said you have to let it rest after baked and don't take it right away 😂 still tastes good and easy, tho

Made this yesterday and while dense, it’s soft even till next day. Without kneading I thought the dough would be sticky but the oil really helped. I have never used APF for bread and it worked! This boggles my mind!
