Original lyric video: • 2Pac - Can't C Me Lyrics
This is the kind of song that makes you feel like you can uppercut a giraffe.
Lol I laughed too hard at this
😂
Best comment
Pac is rapping from the grave… we hear him but we can’t see him 🤯
This song GOES HARD
Pac, George, the beat, all types of instruments, Nancy on the hook.
I can keep on and on about this song (since I absolutely love the song, and the album it came from), but man, I'll keep it at this:
CLASSIC 💥🔥💥
Classic.. One of my favorites from him
The way Pac barks his flow on here and connects lines by over emphasizing words to complete each bar, I think makes for one of his best performances. His flow can get messy sometimes but when his flow and delivery hit their mark on just the right beat, it makes for something truly great and hard to duplicate with the same passion and energy.
If he sounds messy it's on purpose
@@sprayman2395 Whether it's intentional or not, it still gives whichever song character. I kinda look at it like a singers voice cracking while hitting a high note. With the right voice, it sounds more like the expression of pain more-so than a technical flaw.
@@GABA-Gool He raps while intoxicated with liquor and weed. His "Drunk Freestyle" is like the most clear example of this.
Pac was really one of a kind
Just yesterday I was rewatching some live performances he did back in the day (House of Blues)
The energy was real, not only on his songs, on stage definitely too.
My favorite pac joint. Hands down.
Plus I love George
Always been my top 5 DR.DRE production! I love that song and album
It's long too, because its the intro to the second disc to "All Eyez on me".
Beat sounds just like Snoop Dogg's "Whats my name"
1st ever double hip hop album
Pac made tremendous history just from that alone! CLASSIC
That’s the godfather of funk George Clinton on the chorus. Should check out some of his music
I like Parliament.
Yeah ⬆️ Parliament Funkadelic we’re serious
I agree, the beat is dope and matches Pac's energy really well. The Dogg Pound version of Can't C Me has never been released but it is available on UA-cam. Not in a good audio quality though, but it's a dope version as well.
No George Clinton?
@@ABoomerReacts George Clinton and Nanci Fletcher are also on that version :)
@@LuckyBide Awesome! I'll check it out.
That's shit was FIRE 🔥AHHHHHH IMA GO TURN UP NOW !!!
Even Dr Dre said "Dammmn!"
Recorded for Dog pound according to Kurupt..
That's what I tend to believe. Maybe Nancy was remembering wrong when she said it was originally for Doggystyle.
“Dr Dre all day, 2pac”
This sounds like Dre from the Doggie Style era beats. Beat very similar to Snoop, “Who Am I ((What’s My Name).😉
Lots of G funk in this.
Even Pac said it... You should of never put my rhymes with Dre. Pac knew this was fire....
Similar beat to Snoop's "What's my name "
Also Dr.Dre's "Dre Day".... Dr. Dre recycled the hell out of this beat lol
@@patrickcsizmadi2276 he did alot back then listen too Lil ghetto boy n songs on Doggystyle you hear the drums n sample on a few songs.
I think we’ll deserved to be in your 2pac top 5.
One of his best, lot of fun, great performance from him, some clever lines, some funny lines.
Would love to have saw the 4 involved reaction to it when they heard the final product. Obviously Dre making it but when it was finally ready for the album. Would like to hear what his views on the song on its own are .
Loved the Makaveli The Don songs but him and Dr Dre would have made some team if they worked together more.
So glad you did this song! But also: u released this video on the anniversary of the release of Biggie’s “Life After Death” lol
I knew that. Not.
Incidentally, there were some real good songs on that Dogg Food album.
I haven't reacted to any Tha Dogg Pound yet.
I just subscribed to your channel and I like what you are doing
Thanks for the sub, Greg! I appreciate it.
@@ABoomerReacts I like old school rap because that's what I grew up on. I'm 47 and I like to see people react to rap music
@@gregcarroll9752 cool! I rarely react to any song released after 2010.
@@ABoomerReacts Ok are you taking any requests
if you like beats that switch up and don't sound the same during the whole song, def do songs that have production from Dr Dre just like this one here and Timbaland. Dr Dre def laced up Pac for this song, wish they would've done more songs together, the only Dre produced songs for Pac was "Cant C me" and "California love"
Dr Dre will always be in rotation on my channel.
Over 6 months ago on your "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" video, I asked you if you'll react to an interview with 2Pac and James Belushi. And you said, that you'll put it on your list. When will the reaction be uploaded?
😂
It's still there. My request list is huge - thanks for your patience!
Can you react to Poor righteous teachers God earth 85er???
I don’t think this beat is suited for Pac’s aggression. He’s rapping with riot energy over a laid back beat. No me gusta. Non mi piace.
Smfh
That's OK. You have your opinion and I appreciate you telling me.
I’d agree normally. But I think it makes for a well blended contrast in this instance.
Laid back??
Lol what in the fuck about this is remotely laid back in the slightest?
