Shouldn’t a lawyer know better than to post on social media when charged criminally?! And isn’t a lawyer supposed to tell a client they have a warrant and to turn them selves in? And very curious how they can prove she told him to destroy his phone how on earth could they prove it? Take the word of the alleged criminal? Seems to me like the DA is pissed she’s doing such a good job to me.

Given the recent history, I have to wonder what is going on with Fulton County, Georgia, and all of these attorneys there getting into hot water. Is the Georgia Bar not doing thorough character and fitness investigations?

Hey pete been watching for awhile really enjoy your videos and have a topic that atleast i wanna know about if you know anything about this kind of stuff.
Ive noticed your a noles fan/alum. Can you do a video where you talk about FSU battle with the acc from a legal perspective. Like whats going on. Really anything to fo with NIL regulation would be very interesting atleast to me. NIL is a very slippery slope. Could cfb unionize? What happens if they do are the players then state employees? Alot of legal questions could be a fun rabbit hole thats not as serious as most of the trials we all love to follow

The actual trial is very interesting ( from a confusing, frustrating perspective), it has all the hallmarks of the importance of a really good defense and a really competent defense attorney. Judge Glanville comes across as biased towards the State sometimes, but even he wouldn’t allow “ testimony about evidence( of an overt act in the indictment #75),because the State couldn’t give any nexus to the defendants nor to the alleged street gang ysl, even though he begged them for “ anything”.( the judge tried his best to get the evidence in, but the State has muddled up incoherent Overt Acts, not even related to these defendants).
I am not saying the ysl trial defendants are all innocent, but, they arent guilty of the allegated RICO charges. I m o…this trial is a farce!

If lawyers can’t tell you to hire them, then why are there billboards and advertisements saying to do so?
In Australia, well the state of South Australia, one can ask an attorney who would he recommend if for some reason he can not, the answer received was that he was not able to recommend but he can suggest three, if asked which out of the three would be best to my needs, his response was that he could not choose for me.
Apparently these are rules that attorneys must follow or they can be struck off.

'YSL'=Young Slime Life...facing charges, incarceration, and disbarment at 34...living the thug life, L'il Nikki. I had to watch Prince's "Darling Nikki" video...that Nikki was like Rick James's muse in "Super Freak," a very kinky girl...there is no way that case is going to end well. She'll be the Queen of the cell block writing petitions for habeas corpus all day long for extra ramen noodles.
This is the government's win at all costs strategy now, it used to be that a lawyer that was defending a client was only arrested for one or two particular reasons during a trial because of the prejudicial nature of that arrest, but because there's no consequences for the government's misconduct here we are.
This whole case is totally crazy. You have to wonder who will be arrested next.

I hate to say this, but this is a trend I’m seeing in young lawyers in the criminal defense bar. It feels as if very immature and intellectually challenged people are getting law degrees. I worry about our higher learning situation in this country.

Would it be ok if you told a friend as a friend to do something like this and not be the attorney for them.
This is a really dangerous area of the law. It's really easy to become an accessory after the fact. Too easy in my opinion.
You can't tell someone to destroy evidence.
You can't do anything that can be argued to have somehow aided them in covering up their crimes or aided them in escaping justice.
And I've seen those last two get stretched really, really far beyond any common sense. Yet still somehow result in guilty verdicts.
The worst I've seen is a man who gave a ride to work to his coworker. On the way to work his coworker confessed to murder. Their job just happened to be in the other direction of the crime scene. Mind you the murder happened days before. He was in no way fleeing from the scene.
He was still convicted as an accessory after the fact for murder. The prosecutor argued he should have thrown him out of his car and called the police immediately. That he technically aided him by taking him slightly further from the crime scene days later.
You don't want to play these games without knowing anything about the law.
Maybe her video is regarding a CI and she’s calling them out on her videos???
Can she still represent him with this type of charges or can he later appeal on ineffective counseling?
