Great three easy and well presented full body strength ! I’m in my 80s and agree: strength and flexibility keep me feisty and independent. Your exercises helps me in the manual work I do too😊
Hi Will. Because I’m overweight, I felt weak and unstable even with my hands against the wall, but I found that putting my hands on the back of a chair worked for me.
I have been doing Qi Gong and Tai Chi for four years which is fantastic and helped my overall fitness tremendously. I bought your book which is now my go to for fitness. I am 70 and have never felt so good. Thank you so much. Your book and you tube channel are indispensable. I recommend you to everyone I meet.

I ordered the book. There is so much information out there, it’s very overwhelming. 61 years young. Trying to put on some muscle on my lean frame. Great information, thank you!
I have received your book. There is lots of information but at the moment I’m concentrating on my balance and strengthening my legs. I can stand for ever with my feet together. I’m working on heel to toe. Some days I have more success with this than other days.
Well done on the efforts you're making. Not every day is the same, and some will be more successful than others, but consistency is key. Thank you for ordering my book, I hope it proves beneficial in your mobility and strength building goals!
Hi got your book. Had back surgery Feb last year. Have spinal chord/balance issue. In my 70's and am using your exercises.thank you for your easy exercises.
I love the way you teach all the exercises, very clear and easy to follow. I'm 66 y/o and diagnosed with osteoporosis. I don't want any medication instead I prefer to have clean diet with no carbo and of course right exercises for me. I could do squatting without any chair for more than 30 reps continuously. I want to build muscles bec I am underweight. thank you so much for all your podcast. God bless you with more, more subscribers as well as viewers.
I have started to add your strength building exercises to my weight lifting program. I am very weak in those areas, but I am feeling benefits immediately.
Thank you for ordering my book, if you do decide to purchase it, I hope you find it packed full of useful information to aid your practice! I'm sending best wishes to you in India :)
Dear Mr. Harlow, could you please tell us if it is necessary to do any kind of warm-up before practicing these exercises? I have watched several of your videos and I think they are very useful to older people, but I have never seen any in which you show a warm-up for the exercises you recommend. ¡Thank you for your great advice!
Small static warm up can be usefull before any exercise to prepare the body for the exercise. Also, might be usefull to start with less dificulty on 1st rep and go up on the next ones. This is what I do.
@@dorins3787 Thank you for taking your time to answer. May I suggest to add a small section on warming up (when needed) for each of the exercises you recommend?
