lived on my sailboats half my life sailed everywhere there's a port aground Southern California and that's pretty much limited to Mexico and Catalina so bought a 50' power boat with twin diesels and no regrets
Now as many as 25 friends show up for Saturday night crap games and like being able to spread'm out over 3 deck levels with views rather than literally under the surface in one foom on the slooip
hey guys love your videos!!! But i saw the one video were you guys were contemplating on getting a catamaran. First they are solid boats. But in my opinion you're gonna loose so much space in that compared to a trawler. I've been on 1000's of boats as a boat mechanic and trawlers are the way to go. Specially live aboards.

What do you do for a living? I would love to live on a boat sometime but I'm in Michigan so it would be for only part of the year and I do love the snow lol
you should go to vancouver BC. there where you have a nice weather, beach and snow in the montains... all in the same time :)

I teach kiteboarding in the winter in Florida and am an ocean lifeguard in the summer in NY. I also do a bunch of little stuff on the side..

Does the government tax your boat, property tax? If you anchor like that, do you pay fee or at a marina? I know nothing about boating....
