i realized whenever I talk about my goals and desires even to people that I love the most , I feel their negativity and scepticism and that makes me angry then I "fail" due to the pressure . So now I never tell anyone what I wish , I keep that with myself 🙂
Very true and clear what you say about the goals. I would say that it is especially those people who have either never tried it themselves, or who have failed in the attempt, who will shout "objectivity" the loudest. Regarding the passage about healing, I would add that rest is synonymous with TIME, which you always need for everything, including processing events. This seems to be difficult, especially these days. Self-determined routines can be very helpful. I'm not so sure about the last point, as I think there are several factors at play. CONSTANT learning is not necessarily good learning, the brain needs time to rest and process things. 😉 Good video.
