Your advice has seriously resonated with me. I have undertaken this, to an extent, I am 2 weeks off 100 days sober. I am the king of self sabotage. I am going to work 100 days of spending time optimising my recruitment business. Lets see where we get to in 100 days. Fully committed and a spirit that is unbreakable to commit.

It’s funny how simple daily execution really is. I’m in the best shape of my life because I committed to meal planning and getting some sort of movement in every damn day for 3 months. @@BULLIONMINER-gu2tm I dont know if i can count this as a success since i wasnt able to maintain a perfect daily streak, i was for the first month, after that i was focused on the goal still but not as a every day thing. I was still able to develop and progress overall a lot over the course of 100 days so i would, in my mind count it as a success because its still better than if i hadnt commited to anything at all :D

Update!! This is my 16 days ! Still wake up earlier,and I add journaling after work out. Writing everything problem, every feeling and idea in that book, so I can control my feeling by myself without need to talking with others people again. That make my mental health to be healtier. Stay with consistense 👍

New subbie after listening to this video. Very interesting as I just woke up to start a morning routine that never comes to fruition as I overwhelm myself with doing those four things in one morning (meditate, read the Bible, journal and go for a walk). Choosing one thing plus removing myself from social media for at least one week, I don’t think that I can commit myself to 100 days in one shot, are very doable. One week at a time is all my adhd brain can hold. Hard but doable. Thank you. God bless.
I organically have done this disappearing for many years. Hyper focused is not for everybody and also is not to be done as a "scape" from reality. It's more a time of serenity.

(Or what he did, point out a product the customer bought and use to connect) Keep Positive energy, meaning all you guys complaining here how your not this guy and are soooo jealous, that complaining negative energy is not cute, don’t use it.

I tell myself, “just walk for 5 minutes.” Even someone who’s sick in the hospital and had surgery is encouraged to walk. So I set 5 minutes as my achievable I matter what goal. Try starting with one minute and increase by a minute a day.
