What is the true meaning of success according to you sir? I have degree I have money but I can't find success even on this. Many people think having wealth or degree mean you have succeded in life but that doesn't really define success for me. Would love to hear this topic from you.
Meditation is not about emptying your mind and stop thoughts. But about being aware of your thoughts. Once you identify it, it will be silent. Pay attention to it arising and fading away.
