You look nice but I wondered did you send it back to get a different shade and did you do a new video ?
@@carameltones1 i sent it back but I got a different formula in a different shade. Did not like that either. But love their mascara and lippies😊
I was going to say it looks better but it's because of the 240 powder. That foundation is not good. I'm glad you tried this so I don't have too.
I think if I get full coverage and they send the golden undertone it might work but for 45 bucks it needs to make my skin sing! LOL

Thanks for watching Diane. Honestly I think it depends on how you answer the questions. I asked for Medium coverage and told them I tan easy but I also told them I had golden undertones so I don’t know where they got the red from. I do think if i spend $45 it should look fab and feel like butta and to get that you need to try it IN PERSON. That’s my thought. 😊
Well...I don't quite see a red cast but what do I know 😂. I do think it's just a touch darker than your skin tone, but nevertheless you still look GORGEOUS!
Yeah I can see it in person and I don't like that. You see my neck is not a match
Same issues, took 4 pumps and mine had to much yellow undertone, very blotchy
I went back to Maybelline FitMe 310.
It's a perfect match! There is no red. You didn't use the clear primer first. That primer helps to smooth out the spotchy spots.
You can't see the cast on video but it's there. Thanks for the tip on the primer
It pulls red because it's not the correct shade. I got 155 which is supposed to be yellow but it was warmer and pulling orange/ red just like your shade. I like olive undertone foundations.

I’ve been wanting to try this foundation forever, was hoping at that $45 price point it would be very good quality. But it looks like really sheer coverage with just 2 pumps. I don’t see red but it seems more like for summer, due to it being a tint darker then your skin.. You still pulled it off though. Thanks for the review 👍🏾
Gabriela I agree about the price point. I think I would have liked it if it had the gold tone nd yes it might be that I did answer a question about how I tan. So oh well. I chose the medium coverage so should have gotten full. Thanks for watching and did you get your wig?
Thanks for your review. You saved me the effort of ordering this and returning. I am 57 yrs. old and wear makeup everyday. My complexion is dark and the darker hued ladies I watched kept talking about an orange cast. Something seems off with the undertones in this brand. I'll stick to my usual brand. Hello lovely Queen, while I did not see the red cast that you mention it did look darker than the neck area. Still the color looked good on you and you know what you like best on yourself. When you get the next foundation in you should do a comparison. Thank you for the reviews that you bring forward for us mature ladies.

Hi Faith! I almost bought that a few months ago, but stopped myself bc I didn’t trust they could match my skin based solely on a survey of questions. I may still give it a try down the road, but I love Covergirl Matte Made.
Hey Dana, how have you been? I have not tried that but I love my FitMe 240 and will likely be sticking to that. Just wish it had a more full coverage. I was told to go to 332 in a full coverage but that didn't work. Thanks for watching!

I see what you mean! I'm the same complexion as you! I was going to order this and after answering the questionnaire to find your foundation color... the color it came up with didn't look right to me so I didn't order it. Plus I don't like that I cant IRL as expensive as it is.🙄 Hope you find the right color!🥰👍🏼❤

Ok 1st of all may I just say! Ty so much for always giving us an honest review! You never sugar coat it!👊🏾 I don't know amything about this brand but now I'm curious. Lol! I too did not see a red cast but that could just be the lighting, you know what you see. On camera it looked like 0.5 to 1 shade to dark!😂🤣 Which could be workable with lighter concealer & all but who wants to be doing all that & especially at this price point?! It's 2021 just run me the correct shade over here Cletus! 🏃🏾♀️💨 I know with my Fenty Beauty my struggle was sooooooo real trying to find my shade until I just finally gave up & realized it didn't exist so I would have to mix 2 shades if I wanted to wear it. Then I had to keep experimenting with which 2!🤦🏾♀️ I took that stuff back to Sephora at least 8 times until I finally got it decent!😬🤬I loved the formula so I made the time & financial sacrifice.🤭 Was this formula suppose to be medium or full coverage? It looked really sheer like you would need to build it up if it allows. I always use a brush b/c beauty blenders soak up all the product quickly. I start with a brush & finish with a sponge for a flawless finish. You had me laughing so hard b/c it seemed like you must've gone a few rounds with them regarding the shade you needed, so you knew what they sent wasn't right from the jump. Anyway this review will be very helpful for a lot of people. Can't wait to see if you have better luck the 2nd time around. Great job. 👍🏾❤😘
Lol! Yes I did say it was medium coverage and I do use a brush but they said use either. Anyway I sent it back. I get good coverage with Super stay 332 wo/ the high cost. But anyway

I'm glad someone else tried this product as well. I tried two versions from them and never could get a match. You and I have golden tones in our skin and yes, you're right. RED IS NOT GONNA WORK!! I told them this twice - I can't have any RED. It turned out to be a lot of hassle, for me, maybe not for anyone else. So thank you for letting me know.....I'm not crazy!
You are NOT crazy Wendeline! If it doesn't match it doesn't match. They ought to offer multiple tiny trial samples so you can try several colors at once; that's what they ought to do.
I have the same issue with foundation. Everything looks red or pink. I have for look foundations with the most yellow and it seems to work better. Makeup forever and bobbi brown seem to be the only foundations that match my skin color, makeup forever being the closest.
Annie I tried three Juvias Place colors and discovered that Bogata or Tangier work for me. Bogota is neutral based and will work in colder months when my skin gets paler but Tangier works for the summer months when my coloring is warmer. I bought them 40% off so I could test them.
Hi, Warm Honey Bronze Estee Lauder double wear is a LOVELY yellow-based foundation, may be worth a look.

Yes my powder helped but not that it's been on a few hours my skin feels kind of dry. Maybe I need the entire regimen (primer, concealer, powder) and the right shade but girl not for that kind of money! lol
I know it cost a lot of money I think that’s their selling strategy to get people to buy more products.

Looks a little darker than your neck but you still look beautiful. When that happens to me I blend it lightly down my neck and then slap on some bronzer for dimension and make it work (maybe I shouldnt do that but I like it lol)

Thanks for your honest review. Fou Dario s are so tricky and a lot of trial and error. I didn't see a red cast but I did noticed yourfave did t look natural ( hope that makes sense, when you wear your makeup of course we know there's makeup but it looks like it belongs)

Yes I got a different formula but it ended up being too drying. So I switched back to NARS Barcelona.
