Great video. I recently switched from the cheap conventional eggs to buying organic, or at least cage free or pasture raised if organic isn’t available. Whether or not the nutritional value is minimal I noticed first off the yolks were more orange in color in the organic than the conventional. And also the taste. They just taste better. May be a couple bucks more but I think it’s worth it for a quality protein source.
Better, but in the end you still name the caged eggs etc as a choice for price reasons and you shouldn't have done that. You must choose for the better eggs in nutrician and chicken welfare !!
I always buy free range eggs. Fortunately there are no cage eggs available in supermarkets here in Austria. Thank you for that interesting video. Particularly the part with the Omega 3 content was new to me. Always looking forward to listening to such content.
The price of pastured eggs is probably 2 or 3 times higher than conventional while having marginally higher omega 3 and certain vitamin levels. Not worth it from this perspective. Even more if you have problems affording it.
Great video John!!! Ive been conflicted on the subject of eggs for a while and thats coming from a person that eats a half dozen of full eggs daily . This video really clears everthing up. Thank you for your knowlege!
John the question is : if you are eating about 50 to 60 eggs per week (because of source of protein and we are talking about the lower range eggs ) does this have some kind of influence on your body in eating them for a couple of months or years?
Gotta like your own comment to get the ball rollin, right babe?
Hahahahaha

I did the same last year. I eat so many of them I want them to taste good. Also I feel like the added cost isn't that much more.
the best choice

Eggcellent
Didn't talk about the difference in taste, if there is any.
Otherwise nice vid.
ive bought vegetarian chicken eggs that tasted like fish
Quality
Mine say “cage free, vegetarian fed hens, plus 125 omega 3s” ?
Brandon Dreher Fortunately u took time out out of you’re miserable life to comment so thanks for caring
How about Easter eggs?
Great information!!
I usually based my egg buying on the fact that chickens arent herbivores so the pasture raised is a more balanced diet
well humans are not herbivores either , but as long as a weak as Vegan has enough meat on his bones I'd still eat em
I can’t believe brown eggs aren’t whole wheat!! 😜
Great video man, really enjoyed it 👊💪
I prefer my eggs caged, can really taste the fight in them
