An important thing that was left out of the video that can help you digest food efficiently is the consumption of water. Water helps break down the polypeptides and polysaccharides from the foods you eat into their respective monomers for absorption. The more water you drink with your meal, the easier it will be to digest. Great vid. Evan really knows his stuff.

@@cynicalidealist11 if u are someone who isn't active then ur right about excess cholesterol intake being a problem...but all these researches are done on people who aren't active they're just doing their normal routine and having egg yolks/ excess cholesterol so u should do more research on it before posting researches and claiming stuff

Evan. I have been following you for many years respect your attention to details when it comes to clean dieting.... you are my favorite bodybuilder for motivation!!! I played wrestled, powerlifted,, played football for many many years and put my body through some rough abuse!!! After head injuries and other injuries I put on the pounds with the utmost ease!!! Not in the feed way!!! I was comfortable between 280 and 300 pounds!!! But I haven’t been under 300 for close to 20 years!!! At 45 after a few surgeries including a brain surgery... I weighed up over 400. I dieted and worked out as much as my body would allow but I was in a ton of pain. I resorted to gastric bypass as my last resort!!!!
Docs want everyone to focus on trying to get between 60-80 grams of protien. I am already intaking over 100 grams of protein a day... mainly due to ehh whites international.... do you have any more tips for me??? Weightloss and overall health is my main goal... but I worked very hard to put on muscle and I want to hang on to as much muscle as possible. Do you have any helpful tips for me to hang on to some muscle mass while not being able to intake very much food at all at every meal?!?!

Little late to the party, but amazing video and super knowledgeable guy. I have suffered from bad GI problems and have done countless hours of research and spent thousands of dollars experimenting on food/supps. But what is showcased here really takes it back to the basics and is everything I found in my own research to help most people with digestion and "efficiency". -Good timeless info, keep it up!
