@@dionnealmeida8025 when I followed the recipe dot to dot it came out the way it should be ..but when I would make the batter without following the video as shown exactly then it didn't come along so well..sticky and won't spread ..so I would have to make chillas from that batter instead for my kids ..maybe try exactly as shown and then see how it goes ?

And after a day, just when I was about to make it, I scooped a bit of the ground ingredients and added to it the ragi flour..... Maybe I shouldn't grind in advance and keep then. It should be ground and prepared there & then.... Let me try it that way.... :)

But after one week u can feel the energy level and happiness. Be determined and be challenge to yourself to keep on. Depent variety of salads and smoothies. Best of luck.
Ma'am i make different kinds of dosa in my cast iron pan. Sometimes it sticks to the pan. I wonder how you maintain your pan so neat! And yeah i do follow the seasoning of iron pan.

Hi Nisha! I follow u regularly & find all ur recipes very useful & tasty.I actually tried this dosa today! With sprouted moong. But the dosa was too soft & did not leave the pan!! So it was a bit of a flop show but the taste was 😋yummy! Can u pls give some tip wherein the dosa is not so soft & it does not stick to the cast iron tawa that I usually use( I followed the instructions that u have given in ur other videos for seasoning of the tawa too) Despite all this I still faced this problem.

Add 1/4 th cup of idli rice and grind..it won't stick to the pan..

Only with green moong i faced the same but when mixed with black n white chana it won't stick the pan 🙂
My personal experience,any batter if it sticks,by adding rice flour ,we can avoid the sticking problem,do try.
You can add rice flour r use soaked rice during grinding ingredients
Add milletd
Season the cast iron first, then it will not stick!!
