Hello mam,😀 making almost same soup since 6 months with all the veggies in my refrigerator, using almost 15 to 18 of them including greens. At times I add boiled peanuts, sprouts or boiled grain. I am using cow ghee instead of sesame oil and lemon juice in place of veniger.
It's really awesome and amazingly healthy.

I am so grateful for this recipe. As someone who is trying to halt all food consumption for myself after 6.30pm everyday, and to avoid night-time snacking, I find a serious shortage of recipes for light dinners that are healthy, tasty, nourishing and filling for the night (not to mention - easy to fix when you're tired) so that one can sleep well later.
I'm trying to do the same! Do you have any other recommendations?

We used to make "Ragi Ukad" or "Rice flour Ukad" with.... Chilli + Garlic paste +++ salt +++ Ragi or Rice Flour mixed with water & khatta Chhas +++ pour this liquid into oil + hing + haldi.... Cook well.... What we get is "UKAD" which is a slight thick solid consistency snack... Serve hot... We can add oil upon it (optional) while serving...
