Polaris Sportsman 2007 800 ATV - Rear Bearing Replacement

  • My ATV had a lot of play in the rear wheels so I decided to replace the wheel bearings. I was going to replace the brakes as well but the rear pads were still good. Best part of this process was choosing to bake the hubs in the oven at 450F for 15 minutes and putting the bearings in the freezer overnight. They just dropped in with no pounding at all (9min 15 sec).

    Dry ice works allot better then the freezer overnight. Great vid 👍🏻

      I just did this to my 2011 800 worked awesome the bearing just fell in with no effort. Probably could do it a bit less than 450. I did mine at 440 for 15 minutes and I’m so glad I saw your video. Really an easy job
