I feel so blessed growing up with the Bee Gees. I've listened to them always, even when their records were being burned and when they were so unpopular, if you mentioned the Bee Gees it's was like you said a very bad word and the room went quiet, but I never swayed from their music. I love their vocals, melodies and harmonies. Truly blessed and back then I didn't realize just how talented they all were. My opinion one of the best if not the best bands ever. Rip Robin and Mo.
There was NOBODY like the BeeGees...whoever found it necessary to try to remove them from the pop scene in the day, were losers for all time, because the BeeGee's came back bigger and better than ever..and we were the winners...❤❤❤

I have to wonder if these kids even understood or recognized the magnitude of their moment; I know for both Gibb Men, performing without Mo was still a sting straight through the heart, but as is their nature, you have to continue doing what you love, & keep moving forward. It's always been difficult to see when all the Brothers are not together, including my Darling Andy. 😥💔

@@TheRioFamily I can hear him, though I am wearing headphones lol. Robin was quite conservative about his voice during his final years as not long after this performance he was diagnosed with cancer. Also, his final performance with the soldiers he sounded sweet.
Some of their songs require all three brothers. Some of their songs are better covered by other artists. But keep in mind that Barry is much older with systemic health issues that affect his singing.
I have really needed to feel comforted by some pleasant music this week. I am so happy to find these Bee Gees and other Gibb family clips all over youtube. Thanks for posting this video clip! :)

Those kids are the son and daughter of Maurice. Adam and Samantha Gibb. They are singing with their uncles. Can't believe people don't know them. They sing all the time with Barry.
I don't watch American Idol but I'm wondering why you have 2 of the best singers the world has ever seen...and you add 2 people to sing with them? I don't know who they are but they sure don't belong onstage with Barry and Robin (in my opinion).

@swampsagacity4685 I read somewhere that was intentional per the brothers' request as his singing has very noticeably deteriorated at that point he didn't want it to affect the Idol finalists voices. Robin was already having health issues at that point. This was their last public performance together.
What l don't like is why Robin isn't shown as much as that woman? Should have been more footage of him & Barry not her. Robin put up a Great fight, miss you RIP, you were wonderful & NO one can take your place or even come close. RIP Maurice & Andy miss you both.
Just found this,oh my God,how I wished they would have done more after Mo's death,but I understand Barry didn't like the idea of continuing the BeeGees with the two of them left alone.

Yes I think it was one of the contestants. They sounded wonderful individually but when it came to the harmonies, one of the contestant sounded a bit off.
