    Im currently at the one leg tucked FL - Your step to advanced is so simple and yet not one i had thought about. So i usually skipped this step and got into much to hard alternatives. Thx

    IMHO, the "advanced" one leg is more useful and heavier than the straddle. Straddle is just to hype up your motivation

    Thanks for the tips bro. Every time I attempt the straddle my hips start to cramp. Hopefully these progressions will help

    Great Video! Dnt forget about the Half Lay, i feel like alot of front lever tutorials tend to leave that progression out. I feel it should come right before the legit full FL. Great Video btw brotha💪🏾💪🏾

      Thanks man 💪🏼 That progression will be included in the straddle to full front lever tutorial. It's one of the hardest progressions so it'll be in the last video

    I can do one Tucked Leg front lever but My hips are a Bit lower, so i will work on One leg tucked front lever and whenever i will master it i will watch it!

      LOOOOOL that made me laugh 😂😂😂💪🏽💪🏽 Apologies for the infrequent uploads - I'm still dealing with shoulder injury recovery and also the demotivation that comes with that. It's very hard to make content when you have both of those things to deal with. I'm on the mend now, though, which is good 🙏🏽

      @@AshtonFitnessI can finally hold 1 leg front lever for 10 secs for each leg for 1 set . Should I try the straddle front lever attempt ?

      @@BreakingJJC Well done bro! I always say listen to your body - but after holding the advanced tucked one leg front lever for 10 seconds, a straddle front lever should be achievable

    It is been already an year since I am at straddle 5-7sec but it seems I cannot move further ..I tried changing the exercises with no luck. The only thing I havent tried is weighted pull ups.
    And as someone already said - for me advanced one leg is more difficult than straddle, may be because I can spread my legs quite far ..

    Is it possible to bypass the straddle altogether by progressing in the following manner? one leg advanced tuck -> one leg super advanced tuck -> one leg half lay -> full front lever

      Yes, I'm sure it is! I've never done it (I wanted the "instant" gratification of the straddle front lever) but I'm sure that's another very possible route.
      I experimented with the super advanced tuck one leg front lever a few weeks ago, and it felt (and looked) pretty good! I'd never done it before, for some reason. So yes, I'm sure that would be another path of progression too 💪🏼
