This is the best tutorial I have seen on the tuck planche, hands down. Thank you, brother. I love the idea of placing items under your shins as a way to measure progress.
I purchased your course on FIT and have been at it for about 6-7 straight months...i've developed so much strength because of your course. the tuck planche is the hardest thing for me to perfect,...still working on it though..i'm hoping to get to the advance tuck planche by next summer 2022. great stuff. you're the best.
@@nox567 ....in regards to Tuck planche, I did gain tons of strength from doing it and I can hold it for a lot longer ( about 20 seconds)..i'm almost able to do the Advanced TuckP.. however, all the other exercises , I'm doing really well in. I've accepted the fact the the TuckPlanche will take some time and will just have to continuing chipping away at it weekly. I did notice a different between doing the TuckP on the floor without using the wooden bars(I forget the names)...so i gues i can say the my TuckP using the wooken bars is better than doing it with just my hands on the floor.....my AdvanceTuckP using bars is better than AdvanceTuckP without them.
@@RedEyeCoding Amazing. Would it be cool if I dropped an Instagram account for you to send screenshots and screen recordings of this program cause I'm young and motivated but too young to be able to pay for the program. I wanna get into this and I don't wanna lose faith.
Simonster you are great, i salute you man, plz also make video how to reduce injuries, i often get injuries on wrist shoulder and traps areas, always i have pain while practicing calisthenics movements.
I have never been so stuck on an exercise. Been working at it for months, and I just seem to be getting worse. Guess I'll try with bands and do drop sets.
The hard part is to lift the hip to the shoulder level or even higher. If it's won the all skill is won. None of the videos I've seen addresses lifting hip while forwarding shoulders and stressing the grips. Perhaps here a bit when he suggests using band to lift hips. New subscriber.
Thanks for the tutorial. Ive been lifting for years and am just now getting into calisthenics. First day doing this I learned how to activate my scapula to hold and push, but my hips still aren’t level with my shoulders. Gonna try weighted captains chair leg raises with negatives to hopefully strengthen my core so I can lean forward more with better balance. Cheers
Very good level... I'm getting back after I fell over my neck doing gymnastic like 4 years ago... I thought I was died.. I have Been spending really hard times since then "even I thought to commit suicide and that things" .. well I keep spending hard times but I learned that the worst error is to don't move "I did not move toO much before because I thought it was wrong, but I learned that I have to move me if I want to get better...... In conclusion thanks for listening and very good videos.... Given that you are Phisiotherapists , there's any advice you can give ,I have headaches and high back pain....
Great instructions great teachings and explanation great video great channel great content great athlete great motivation and inspiration keep doing what you're doing i want to see alot of these educational trainings video from you
I unlocked tuck planche in 1.5 month. My progressions is just the frog stand and also keep your knees close to your chest to prevent your legs touching the floor.
i'm working towards this and making some good progress but the main issue for me is my wrists - they just hurt all the time. I've tried different positions but having them flat on the floor is painful - i actually find it comfier to attempt this on my knuckles! Or using paralettes its of course a little comfier - but how can i strengthen them so i can have my hands flat? I can see that having my fingers engaged when flat will really help as planche development grows :/
you need to make your wrists more flexible. that'll take a lot of time, I suggest you to look up wrist flexibility AND strength routines and do them before your planche training.
yeah, me too. it's a veeeery very specific strength. I'd suggest you to do more planche leans to strengthen your shoulders. just do exercises which doesn't hurt but challenge you, and over time you'll get to this level :)
why always I feel cramp in my abs when I do tuck planche?
2 роки тому
It is because your abs still weak and you do movements you are not used to. Train much core and train the tuck planche position with your foot on the floor. Your cramps will gone.
i like how no nonsense these videos are
oh thats a mathematically calculated comment

Simonster you are great, i salute you man, plz also make video how to reduce injuries, i often get injuries on wrist shoulder and traps areas, always i have pain while practicing calisthenics movements.
A true planche master. Most people are like just do planche leans and frog stands and you learn the tuck planch.
this guy is much stronger than he looks.
Very helpfull video. Can you make the same Tutorial for „Unlocking the adv. Tuck“ ? That would be awesome. Thx

I do sets of planche to L-sit in the wading pool after a swim. Will this get me anywhere or is the resistance too little?
I think you need to do long holds to get the strenght

Best tutorial on youtube!
Great tutorial, how often can this be trained, during a week, without asking for trouble?
2-3 times with at least one rest day between.
@@mitchell_codes Thx.. 👍

This is exactly what I needed thx !!
Very good tutorial thanks for your help!
Rather informative
Thank You sir 👍🙏🙏
Best tutorial video 💪💪
When I need to do this with both bands and dumbles to even lift my legs off the floor. Feeling weak.
Do you recommend any glove or handgrip?
Thanks man 👍
His tuck planche is like most people's advances tuck planche.
Really helpful. Thanks

These put quite a bit of pressure on the humerus. If I do a few sets, will that be good? Sometimes it feels like my bone might break.
Wrist Turned Out Pseudo Planche Push Ups or Rings Turned Out Pseudo Planche Push Ups? Which is better and why?
I am currently at 5 sets of 14s tuck planche on the floor but can’t get my hips at shoulder height.. so i should train more compression than ?

is it ok that mine looks more compressed than yours?
Thank you🙏🏽
Still can’t lift the back end after yrs of trianing
I can't hold tuck planche with protracted scapula, don't know what to do
Nice🎉🎉
why are my legs so close to my body? How can I fix this?
Thanks Simonster. How many times a week should someone train this to get really strong the fastest. Every other day? Twice a week? Five days a week?
Every other day is good
Thank you, i needed this!
full planche master tutorial
Perfect
The only issue is when I try to do it my shoulders hurt badly but I don’t know why. Maybe weak joints or muscles. Hopefully I don’t injure myself.

I could do a tuck planche like 4 years ago. Tried it again after all these years and now I'm struggling. 😥
Probably about specific strength, motor control and patterns, all this stuff
What’s your height?
