Sure, the hummus had a lot of greens, but he wasn't eating it so it would have been a smart play for him to make something JUST to please Guga. But yeah, they probably did immediately guess who made what. XD

honestly, the rules should be tweaked a little. it's almost by default that whoever makes a guga steak has a slight advantage because the crew has its biases. there should be a theme in a certain round, like say both cooks should make a steak + side dish that incorporates korean ingredients, or have another using japanese ones.
I mean adding more to it is always welcomed by me, but Guga was clearly leaning towards Gabi’s steak and so was David. Literally only 2K preferred the Guga steak. So that’s kind of dumb reasoning. I still think your idea is awesome tho so no hate there.

I do see that Angel is a traditionalist, starting from the time he competed with Maumau. The only time he got to experiment was from the early years of Guga Foods just for fun.

Well yea. Typically with stuff like that, you’d spend a day or so warming up, gettting to know everyone, breaking the ice, so there’s a more natural flow with chemistry for shoots. Just a normal production thing

Unique, it's meat they make all day every day, wrapped in rice, which was automated, then dipped in sauce which was premade. It's as special as a ham cheese tomato sandwich.

After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos: - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef. - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ? - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide. She has EXCELLENT taste in steak seasoning, cumin is as essential as pepper on a good steak IMO, and paprika is another excellent addition. I normally use smoked Aleppo pepper instead of paprika since it adds some spice, but her rub is basically what I started out using when I first started making my own rubs. The cumin helps carry the black pepper and the paprika/aleppo peppers add just a hint of smoke to the end steak (I normally use smoked salt as well to boost it significantly, maybe even a little liquid smoke before applying the rest of the seasoning to help it bind if I want it super smoky). That steak is going to be absolutely killer, Guga's gonna love it
She put up an amazing fight. Straight up better steak = winner in my opinion. Then again, Lamb steak rice cakes as a "side dish" lmao. This is definitely a Guga channel.

I’ve put so much of this channel and the other in to my cooking. I hope you get 100k likes and I would love to come out there to show everything I learned. well, she just didn't know how to use the vacuum sealer, which is understandable because there are millions of different models and Guga's seem to be pretty fancy. My vacuum sealer at home looks nothing like that, so I wouldn't know how to use it either lol.

Huge fan of the channel since the old days, different equipment, location and characters and I have to congratulate you guys for how far this has gone. Back then I had just purchased a sousvide machine snd I was trying to learn, from all the channels I saw this definitely stand up, caught me, and eventually time is the ultimate judge and there’s a reason why this is still the best channel out there. Definitely been learning a lot beside you guys with all the crazy experiments you make for all of us. All that been said I think I have some tricks myself to show and win. Huge fan of the channel since the old days, different equipment, location and characters and I have to congratulate you guys for how far this has gone. Back then I had just purchased a sousvide machine snd I was trying to learn, from all the channels I saw this definitely stand up, caught me, and eventually time is the ultimate judge and there’s a reason why this is still the best channel out there. Definitely been learning a lot beside you guys with all the crazy experiments you make for all of us. All that been said I think I have some tricks myself to show and win. I just saw your video, quite a little late, but lets hope I can make it to the challenge and if I win, because I saw how Angelo has also improved, maybe, just maybe I might take a chance against you 🫵 next Guga 😉
