When I saw the thumbnail, I was kinda hoping Guga would redo the old Burger Compound Butter experiment for Josh, I think that would have been even more fun to see. Not complaining, though! On another note: I absolutely LOVE the use of "MY LEG!!" from Spongebob in every other video, it's hilarious XD
5:00 LEEEEOOOO!! 😂😂😂 I would like very much to meet this very guy. Way of thinking and speaking is a thing which i really appreciate on Guga’s channels 😄
Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos. After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos: - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef. - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ? - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide. And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)
love this guy. Joshua has character but Guga's steak perfected the whole collab. Hopefully some day you could do a blind tasting collab lol that would be funny
Easy one lol. The Best sweet hot mustard with honey is "Inglehoffer" 'sweet hot mustard with honey'... I always bring bottle with me, and container of msg, and hot sauce, yes been told it's weird lol. Sweet hot mustard with honey is something everyone should try, inglehoffer has best line of mustards on the planet
@@ExtremisGameplay Cara, tem gente que fala, "essa carne é tão boa que não tem como estragar..." Eu: "Quem dera..." Guga is the man for that! (não para estragar a carne, para sempre fazer ela boa)
Burger King sauce is best on fried foods, specifically onion rings. It does help to have the beef char broiled, too. Best on their burgers if you put the onion rings on the burger with the sauce. Now the Chick fil A sweet and spicy sauce on a char grilled steak sounds good.
Hi Guga ! You always use garlic powder to season your steak, but I was wondering if it would not be better to use other garlic seasoning like fresh garlic, garlic paste or some kind of garlic compound better ? Would you make a video about testing different kind of garlic seasoning to find out the best way ? Love you
Cook stakes like souvide in a ultrasonic cleaner. There are heated ones that go up to 80 degrees Celsius! Would be cool to se what effect the ultrasound has to the meat!
I swear 90% of the reason I watch this show is to listen to the song that plays when he cooks the steaks sous vide and puts them on the fire. Something about it is so crunchy.
Guga, you should try making a East Coast favourite of Canada which is called a Donair it's usually made with ground beef but it would be cool to see you do an experiment with it and try different cuts of beef and see if it makes it better
Burger King zesty sauce is for onion rings! Doesn't go well with anything else, I only use it for onion rings. Try it with rings sometime and you'll like it
Finally. I have been wondering for years why you don't finish over charcole. Best of both worlds. Get the tenderness of sous vide and the awsome charcole flavor.
Leo gently saying: i think it dilutes a little bit of that beef flavour Josh: its like puke Guga: butebutebuter Angel: no mo greeeeens Mau mau: mystery meat we go again Gordon: where's the lum sauceeee!!!!!!
Would be interesting to see the steaks rubbed with the three respective sauces BEFORE they are vacuum sales and then reverse seared to see how they taste using the three sauces as marinades/infusions.
How about a mala steak? Essentially steak with mala sauce. It’s a Chinese sauce made from Sichuan peppercorn and chilli. I bet uncle Roger would love it, it’s different from chilli jam.
I was just listening to the beginning of this video when I heard: "Joshua is well-known for his series butt butter". I had to rewind and start watching before I understood I was wrong.
0:25 I'm sorry, but I was doing dishes and a had to do a triple take.... Oooh, it's not 'butt batter', it's But Better. Man, I must have some carrots growing in my ears.
I feel like Gugu has a enough b roll of seasoning steaks and sousviding them and stuff that he could just reuse the same footage and no one would notice
Next time you should try Freddy's (a burger joint) Spicy Fry Sauce and regular Fry sauce. They seem perfect for a steak marinade to me. Perhaps like a wet-aged steak.
Guga you should try "Glen garlic sauce" , is the sauce 99% of people eat at KFC in Romania, it works with any type of meat, and it pretty much taste like heaven, and yea, is made by KFC Romania because "a garlic sauce a day keeps the vampire away" :))))
eugh. Those potatoes... all that mixing... that's how you make gluey goop. Forget the ricer, forget the hours of stirring. Cut the potatoes into 1-1.5 inch cubes, In a medium pot, get just enough water to cover the potatoes, but don't put them in just yet. Add enough salt to the water to taste ocean-salty. Bring the water to boil. Add the potatoes. Boil until a knife or fork can pierce with ease, but only just. Remove from heat, strain off the water. Pour in cream (about 1-2 oz per lb of potato). Salt to taste, dash of freshly ground black pepper, and - if desired - a few shakes of dried rosemary or thyme. Mash together with a potato masher until everything just barely comes together. Result should be smooth but fluffy, rich, velvety, and delicious.
leo being so humble and honored to be with youtube’s greatest chefs was so wholesome 🥹 i loved that so much!
I will watch every video of these two together. Already a fan of both of them solo, but somehow together they are even better
The best dip in this video was probably the mashed potatoes side dish
Definitely!
yeap
Yeah. Just dip that steak in and your done.
give me a carafe of the gremolata
GUGA the best! Been following since like 2016-17. So happy for your growth, you guys deserve it all! LETS DO IT

Such a great vibe you 2 have! Been a fan of both of you for many many years!!!!
I like how Josh’s palate instantly confirms soy oil, corn syrup and emulsifiers shouldn’t be poured all over a nice cut of beef.
5:00
LEEEEOOOO!! 😂😂😂
I would like very much to meet this very guy. Way of thinking and speaking is a thing which i really appreciate on Guga’s channels 😄
this must be the most civil and chill ive seen josh yet. So much better than his grating persona. Nice Episode
1:10 Guga. Dude, you made him stake out a gator. If he likes you after that? You’re fine 😂
9:01
No, I'll never stop saying that you look like Colonel Sanders.
And we'll never stop.

Loving these videos with you and Josh being on each other's channels!
this collab is amazing. more videos together please. ive been watching both of you individually and i never thought you would collab.
love this guy. Joshua has character but Guga's steak perfected the whole collab. Hopefully some day you could do a blind tasting collab lol that would be funny
yeah, obnoxious character
I never thought Josh looked like Colonel Sanders until he said that, you played yourself 😭😂
4:05 "Sorry Children!" 😂😂
Brilliant content, I love your contents. ❤
Im loving how many collabs you have been doing recently its incredible

Nice to see Guga doing Collab with up and coming little guys.
😂😂😂
Guga é o tio que todo mundo queria ter 🥰
Quem me dera, meus tios so fazem carne de sola de sapato KKK
Hahaha, é assim que a minha família e a família da minha esposa me veem, porque meu hobby é cozinhar. Thank you, sous vide machine!

Really impressed that Guga managed to get young Colonel Sanders to guest star on his show. That’s dedication!

Joshua roasted burger king so hard 😂😂😂😂😂
"Tastes like vomit"
"That doesn't surprise me"💀💀💀
Both you guys are great!
Best collab so far. I never thought Guga would get Colonel Sanders on the show.
Guga, please!
1. dryage in butterfly pea powder or sousvide with it.
2. dryage in Romanian zacusca.
3. cook an eye of round like a brisket.

Love you
He already did that experiment.
Holy crap I'd never noticed it but YES! Josh looks exactly like the Colonel! xD
Guga’s first reaction being HELL YEAH??! Is all I need to know
Cook stakes like souvide in a ultrasonic cleaner.
It's the hot blowtorch barbecue song!
Guga, you should try making a East Coast favourite of Canada which is called a Donair it's usually made with ground beef but it would be cool to see you do an experiment with it and try different cuts of beef and see if it makes it better
Maybe a side of poutine?
So, it’s good to know my mom just happens to make that version of mashed potatoes whenever we have mashed potatoes for a side during supper.
Guga been dropping only 🔥 videos
Guga's production team is great, all the other UA-camrs are elevated by the editing
Agreeing with others, Make the Birria-Lasagna !! absolute love this colabs
I thought he said "butt batter" 😂 0:25
i didn't notice it at first, but now that he mentioned it.... he does look a lot like the colonel sanders
Guga and Joshua eat steak with dipping sauces. Experiment? Cmon man!
I find it funny that this video edited out the “spoilers” for Josh’s Alligator video despite coming out over a week after 😂
2 of my favorite chefs in one room!!!!!
Dry aging Angel with KFC dipping sauce maybe goes well together 😂
Burger King zesty sauce is for onion rings! Doesn't go well with anything else, I only use it for onion rings. Try it with rings sometime and you'll like it
6:57 "...if you dipped it in water it would be better" Weissman confirmed sloppy steak enjoyer
"I'm on a diet" eats steak for a living lol. I love it!
Finally. I have been wondering for years why you don't finish over charcole. Best of both worlds. Get the tenderness of sous vide and the awsome charcole flavor.
guga not saying “les do et!”, just gives me chills.
I am very glad Guga got Colonel Sanders on here. Best collab in a while
thanks to the 3 of you for making me laugh.
Leo gently saying: i think it dilutes a little bit of that beef flavour
Josh: its like puke
Guga: butebutebuter
Angel: no mo greeeeens
Mau mau: mystery meat we go again
Gordon: where's the lum sauceeee!!!!!!
Speaking of, I wonder what Mau Mau has been up to
Speaking of, I wonder what Mau Mau has been up to
Dry age steak in mustard and a pork loin in mustard, I've asked on at least 100 videos across all three channels, but mostly on guga foods
9:02 I can't unsee it now
Dry age in ssamjang sauce (korean fermented bean paste)
Proposal for eye-round (the hardest and cheapest piece in the galaxy): bag it sous vide AND pressure cook it.
hey, i'm happy to be here
Huh, I expected you to put the sauces in the bag with the steak, since this is the sous vide channel. Joshua's potaters looked amazing though!
I listen while I drive, and Guga, I honestly thought you said Josh has a series called Butt Batter… 😂😂 ☠️☠️☠️
0:06 I thought they was cooking with bugs
Guga can u post everyday or maybe shorts. I got nothing to do other than to watch u🥺
Would be interesting to see the steaks rubbed with the three respective sauces BEFORE they are vacuum sales and then reverse seared to see how they taste using the three sauces as marinades/infusions.

A new series idea try cooking different meats on sous vide and on charcoal then compare which ones the best
“Mo butta, Mo betta”. Words to live by
How about an experiment with 3 different kinds of mayo? Regular store bought, Kewpie, and aioli
what about a video comparing worshestire, teriyaki and some soy sauce marinades? Would be interesting
best collab ever 💛💛💛
Please Do Top 5 experiments of Guga Foods/Sous Vide Everything and Top experiments of the year on annual basis please.
My god a pound of butter in potatoes is like a dream I had once. (It was wet)
Dam 💦
need to do a coke syrup compound butter for Angel, bonus points if you do a pepsi one and see if he can pick the difference
At 6:09 you can hear ucle Roger possessing guga and leo
make coconut dry age steak and make garlic powder and black pepper dry age for 35 days add salt before cooking
I was just listening to the beginning of this video when I heard: "Joshua is well-known for his series butt butter". I had to rewind and start watching before I understood I was wrong.
6:02, lol yes josh if by a while you mean... Over 8 years and counting.
0:25 I'm sorry, but I was doing dishes and a had to do a triple take.... Oooh, it's not 'butt batter', it's But Better. Man, I must have some carrots growing in my ears.
Josh: “Please stop saying I look like colonel sanders”
Me: “No colonel sanders, you’re wrong!”
Guga, could you please make a video to show what we can do with the juices left over after you sous vide.
Uncle Josh does look like Colonel Sanders.
Gugu can you try a dry age with josh maybe something special or crazy
I feel like Gugu has a enough b roll of seasoning steaks and sousviding them and stuff that he could just reuse the same footage and no one would notice
Next time you should try Freddy's (a burger joint) Spicy Fry Sauce and regular Fry sauce. They seem perfect for a steak marinade to me. Perhaps like a wet-aged steak.
Wagyu birria tacos! ❤❤❤❤ PLEEEEEASEEEEE
The BK zesty sauce is top tier with chicken and onion rings. Can't see it going well with steak at all.
Dang, when Joshua said he was going on a vacation, I didn't know that he was gonna spend it at Guga's house
You two should make iberico secreto featuring jamon iberico! 😋
I meeean... in Josh's defense, Burger King has been in a weird spot since like 2002..🤣
at this point I only crave it for the Serotonin and Nostalgia 😩
You guys are hilarious together.
ehh... no
It's funny that Josh keeps up Guga's joke about Guga from SVE and Guga from Guga Foods being separate people who just look alike.
Guga you should try "Glen garlic sauce" , is the sauce 99% of people eat at KFC in Romania, it works with any type of meat, and it pretty much taste like heaven, and yea, is made by KFC Romania because "a garlic sauce a day keeps the vampire away" :))))
Guga usually cooks with the sauce in the bag or with a compound butter, today they just dunked lol
Birria tacos 🌮 💯 next
You should do a steak experiment with the Tostitos Cheese dip 🙌🏽
Josh saw my Colonel Sanders comment on the alligator video 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Sous vide-GRILLED steak (not this weird flamethower gas thing) is kinda of ultimate Googish steak 🤌
