When you killed that Radger and the few Hooligans you can use Lambeth Walk Settlement. After Trafalgar Square found I walked up north and found an submarien where you could aquire a german nazi companion. And for solving their quests you get a Hans-Flamer! Highly recommended!

Yeah we figured it out. It makes complete sense, just hot key my helmet and press that after a smoke
