@@HYpr1337time mods........ to be more exact the better settlers lets your sellect your settlement to be like never attacked or always attacked and stuff
I know it’s been said before but this honestly is what the minute men quest-line in the base game should have been like. Imagine slowly building up settlement after settlement to gain a foothold in the commonwealth. All the while the raiders, gunners (and potentially institute) could have antagonistic characters and quests. Imagine defence missions where you have to defend a settlement like the castle against waves of gunners. Only to be followed up by an attack on a gunners base with minuteman soldiers in tow. They could even do assassination missions and espionage/ sabotage in a war of attrition like the legion v NCR in New Vegas. Tldr: awesome series man and I can’t wait to see the story expand. Plus I kinda wish we could all play through something similar.
If you want a type of quest line for settlements, download the sim-settlements 2 mod. It’s a DLC sized mod all about settlements with a storyline that’s top notch
Bro put more effort into the minutemen plot line than the devs like quincy was supposed to be a massacre but there’s no significance to retaking it in game
Fun Fact: Sturges lived in the old curch of that place. There is a terminal from him, his power armor workspace and alle the other stuff he was tinkering with. There is information all over the place were who had lived befor the betrayl.
I legit love these videos. Having the minutemen actually make a presence in the commonwealth is so cool to watch. And the builds are really good. If this is your first episode watching this series, I highly recommend watching the other episodes
Thats wonderful general, they had it coming, and now that I'm here.. Ive gotten word of another settlement that needs your help, ill mark it on your map
Honestly - can't imagine how much work this is, but I wish we got these every single day. Hands down best settlement building series. Made my evening seeing you had posted!!!
The story telling in this series is amazing. Also for those unscrappable items like debris around settlements there is a mod called “scrap everything” that allows you to scrap them :)
@@PeanutButterSandwich101 yeah but it also breaks precombines and seriously lags your game to almost unplayable levels if you scrap the wrong pile of junk or piece of trash on the ground
There are some debris piles which Scrap Everything can't scrap. Some you can't even remove with console commands. Unfortunately you have to build around them.
I'm half expecting a bittersweet tail to unfold of the minutemen being ruined again from the institute and gunners leading to the entire faction having to flee to Vault 88 and running the operations from there. This series is easily one of my favourites and the building style is astounding, you give Bethesda a run for their money with your set design.
Binged your entire settlement building series last night and subscribed. Woke up this morning to see you posted this. Absolutely made my day. PLEASE keep making these 💚💚
This series is amazing. Awesome settlements, overarching story, entertaining all the way through. Also, your editing on everything is beyond spectacular. The maps and graphics to tell the story, the camera angles, the building timed perfectly with the music, the amazing details in the subtitles. Everything is amazing!
Astonishing work as always! The cliffhanger at the end really hyped me up for the next part, can't wait to see it! p.s. About the village's name, how about "ParkLot"? You know, like Novac got it's name from No Vacancy sign, yeh?
The fact that there was literally nothing done with Quincy in FO4’s base game is genuinely one of the biggest missed opportunities (at least in regards to the Minutemen) so seeing this is just incredible. Brilliant work as always, looking forward to the next one!
Kort these videos are amazing, honestly the whole aspect of rebuilding the commonwealth and adding tiny bits of lore to all your builds has actually inspired me and brought me back into the world of fallout, to do all of this whilst playing the game all over again. thank you, brother keep up there videos, I'm looking forward to more of your creative ideas.
The editing is superb, nice bro! Also this makes me wish we saw more of the minutemen questline going to retake the commonwealth seeing how we can find crew of minutemen on the road northwards to Concord, indicating there was several more minutemen acompanying Preston. (Two minutemen found dead in Lexington super dupermart, one dead minuteman outside of the church in Concord, one dude found dead infront of the museum of freedom (laser musket guy)
You really deserve so much more credit, I wish I discovered you sooner, but it is a damn crime you’re not more known. Your narrating is excellent, you editing is perfect, your story telling is great, and pretty much everything! I really can’t wait to see how you continue the series; whether or not you’ll have stories highlighting followers who agree with the Minutemen’s ideology like Piper writing about in her paper or something to get the word out. Or if the Minutemen will have a treaty with the Brotherhood or it’ll be war. Keep up the great work, I hope you get the recognition you deserve!
There’s so much clever editing in this video. Editing the building sounds to the beat of the music, changing the subtitles to playfully match the things being described, it’s amazing.
You are a very good builder AND your storytelling is superb... Is there no end to your talents. I mean seriously, your storytelling is not just in the narration throughout the video. But you also place wonderful environmental storytelling elements into each and every build as well. Love your work!!!
This series is not only a high quality product, but it's in a niche while still having the pull of fallout. Glad i invested on the first episode, keep up the anazing work dude!!
I don’t know how fond you are of modding the game but consider TumbaJumba’s minutemen armor set because it gives them a seasoned, more diverse look in the commonwealth and would show maybe that some of the guns have returned with Ronnie Shaw
Even though i love the Vanilla Experience, I decided to download your mod list, because i love ur building style, lifting up complexity of the settlements and their settlers needs, to make it a round up living area for the wastelands.
This is an incredible amount of skill and effort! I didnt think vanilla builds could look anywhere near this good. And the production quality is top notch to boot. Keep up the great work!
Incredible editing! Having fun with the subtitles, and getting everything in sync with the music - not just the building, but sometimes even the narration!
I wonder, what takes longer, building the settlement or editing the video. Your editing skills and syncing with the music top tier and must take a lot of work. Just want to say great job.
I love the series man, its really cool. I think a fan of yours made a modpack for FO4 on nexus with the mods in the docs, so i might go play FO4 with it and follow the videos!
Only watched a couple videos but I love how you place an object to a beat. It’s extremely satisfying to listen to and then seeing the end product after all the work is awesome.
I remember commenting on one of your videos awhile ago and telling you, you would be big one day. Here we are and you have the highest quality fallout 4 videos i've ever seen!
i'm HOOKED on this series, the editing, the story, the beautiful builds!! really makes you appreciate the game all over again, and highlights the best bits of a minutemen playthrough. so excited for the new ep!!
beem following this rebuilding series since the start and each episode i love it more! i always love to build settlements with head-lore and reasoning behind, its so much more fun, and seeing someone make a full on high quality series on it, its a dream come true!
This is cool! I loved the editing of the build in time with the music, and also the mysterious story hints near the end. I wanna see more of the sneaky fellow!
Cheers for an incredible series man! Haven’t seen anything like this in the fallout space ever before and you are truly setting an amazing precedent for future content creation love the work please keep it up
0:22 i will nitpick a bit, but there were more people who survived quincy, at least 4 minutemen, 3 of whom died in lexington, while one of them died fighting in concord. Might've been more of them than this too.
not only is this entertaining by itself, the story telling makes it even better, watched the other ones before but didn’t comment, but keep up the good stuff man
This was so good i love the story parts it makes it more interesting than just watching a build. I just found your channel and i love it so far good job.
I really love all of the work you put into the builds. Mama Murphy's house is great, and I love how you tie sections together like having multiple garden areas and then having a farmers market to consolidate where it all goes to. About my only nitpick would be that man it's going to suck carrying anyone who needs the surgery up to it, but maybe they have like, emergency pulley-based lift system for that! Because otherwise putting it up there where it is located somewhere hard to sneak into is a great idea. and OH the ending bit!!! I really love the timing of the movement across areas to the music!! The dude listening to the MInutemen's successes on the radio, the scout making his way back, oooh its so good for the suspense build up! And the music is perfect for that!!!! :D
Dude this is the coolest build I’ve ever seen…I’m not nearly as creative as you are, but you inspired me to do a build in my game here also. Keep up the amazing content! Love the story in the beginning.
Loving how the story is progressing. Your builds and story are everything I wish the Minutemen could have been. Hope we get to see more vids of how the farms/traders are prospering and how minuteman logistics are being established.
Man the feeling when a new video gets uploaded to the series is untouchable by any sort of media. The wait makes the episodes feel so much more hyped on release.
Wow, I don't play Fallout anymore but the production of this clip really raised an eyebrow and I was really surprised how cool your content is.*And how time consuming must be* Good job!
The single greatest settlement building series in existence. Not only are the settlements absolutely beautiful, but the story telling is top notch
its a bit limited by being inside fallout 4 as a story, as the first gunner raid on starlight didnt really feel that threatening

If this was, how were the actual Minutemen storyline went in fallout four I know for a fact, I would join that fraction a lot more than I do now
I 100% agree. There definitely needed to be gradual progression with settlements growing over time. It would've made the game so much more immersive.
Bro put more effort into the minutemen plot line than the devs like quincy was supposed to be a massacre but there’s no significance to retaking it in game
Rebuilding Quincy would have been a wonderful end game quest, to build Quincy into a rival to Diamond City.
Missed Opportunity to name the Parkinglot Village "Parkington"
my first thought was instead of "parkinglot Village" and instead calling it "The Lots" like it's perfect almost
How about Lotville
or Lottsville/Lotssville
I would have called it Quincy's Lot
I thought of "lots of water"..... lots..

This is literally just the story of the Sim Settlement 2 mod, and i love it. Great job on capturing that essence in your own Fallout 4 game

Its a shame rebuilding Quincy wasn’t an option in the vanilla game after retaking the castle I assumed that would be our next quest :(
