One thing to note about the 60% never passed on their genes. There was a VERY high child mortality rate. Such studies usually also count children who never got past the age of 0. Same reason why you can find average life expectancy to be like 23 back in the times. Those that did grow older grew quite old.

When I was younger, I used to fight bullies, especially ones that messed with my friends. The first time I did, I was in kindergarten, standing up for myself. & although I was deterred from that for a long time, that dream never left me. It's still here, burning & roaring to help others. I've been through a lot of crappy circumstances. I've even said yes to things I really wanted to say no to. But through all of that, & even my lowest points in life where I considered removing myself from this world, that dream, that purpose remained, & it's what's driving me to make the videos that I do. I'm going to change at least 1,000,000 lives for the better. I'm going to fail upwards because I am successful, & that's what success is. & I am BLESSED to have this purpose. So if I have to die fighting for it, then I die. But I'd rather do that then live a life of not trying.

I am feeling so frustrated after watching this video. It is too painful to realize that my struggles are just starting. I am 25 yrs old with no job, never had a relationship, had friends but now they are enjoying their life while I am stuck here living with my parents fighting everyday to get rid of porn, bad mental health. This journey has been eye opening to me but at the same time it has been very difficult to stay consistent in my efforts. I just hope that when the time comes I am not in the bottom 60% of men. Man its just too painful. Sorry for my rant.

I agree with the compete with yourself idea because I used to compete with others that where much better but it just made me feel worse and not appreciate the improvement I had because even after the improvement, people where ahead of me by a longshot. But thats cause they had different experiences perhaps earlier on in life and that is something I cant change about myself. And hence what truly helped me be happy regardless of the fact that I was behind so many people was that atleast I can improve and be better than the person I was yesterday.

I started my self-improvement journey about a year ago. I’ve been consistent at the gym and gone from basically zero muscle to having a decent physique. I started reading, meditating and overall cutting out bad habits for good ones. These videos helped me a lot. Lately I’ve been having the problem of many parts of my personal life falling apart, leading to me falling back into some of my old habits. Most of my friends drift further into degeneracy and while I feel obligated to “help” them and start to think that it is helpless and even influences my behavior. Don’t really know what to do right now.

In order to push through the pain even during the hardest of times it is vital you align yourself with a frequency of hope, positivity and unwavering faith that good times are coming - This is where I want to help you....

I hope my music provides you with inspiration and serves as the soundtrack to your growth. Because of this i have the tendency to obsess over some people with avoidant attachment style

It enfuriates me on so many levels that I always feel less than a man than the mayority of otherr men. Most of the time I always was the loser that is behind than everyone else. It keeps haunting me that the people that used to bully me in school and highschool are doing better than me, enjoyed their youth, having a lot of sex pertner before reaching to their soulmates and having children with them, etc. And what do I have? FUCKING NOTHING, that's what I have. I don't know what I have been doing wrong, it seems that they always find a way to have the last laught.

Dude, I’m 5’1 at 32 and I don’t LOOK like a man, I look like a kid. I’ve been called kid by men, women, even if they’re younger than me. I’ve been in the military, Muay Thai fighter…everywhere I go people don’t take me seriously because of how young I look. When I get ID’d for alcohol they make a joke about being old enough to “play on the playground”.
I don’t get it though…I’m a masculine guy. I have a lot of skills, I take cold showers and drink literal egg whites. I work out a lot, I look like I’m in shape. I also have a beard. But because of my height (and maybe something else?), I get called kid all the time.
Not too long ago I met this girl, we hit it off well, next time she sees me she says “hey kid” and “come on kid”. I don’t get it. I’m social, I’m masculine, etc…it just really takes a hit at my self esteem when I can be at my best and still get called “kid”.
It’s the same for making friends. I’ll get called kid by dudes younger than me, it’s like they don’t see me on their level.
When it comes to friends, it’s not a huge deal, but when I comes to women it’s gotta be a huge attraction killer, no matter how good looking I am (and I think I’m not bad at all). A woman wants to be dominated by a man. If I’m giving off impressions of a kid, that has to change.
