I naturally discovered everything he is talking about here, from the initial grind, to finding my limit, to burning out and then switching from hard execution to prioritizing my health and business strategy-even the gym injuries and future precautions. This is so accurate and delivered so well. I’m gonna meet you one day bro ❤

Yo Hamza, I've never heard you talk about this habit that can improve people's mental health and capacity, which is music. Not the listening to degenerate type of music and shit but learning how to sing and especially learning how to play an instrument. Learning how to play an instrument boosts your mental habilities so much that you have no idea,
I remember being in first grade hardly being able to do math, my mum got me into music and once i started practicing singing and piano i started excellin at school. I believe this is something you could get your future children into. Hope someone listened to me because this is something you don't hear about often.

I was a bit skeptical at first about this "Imbalance Method" at first, but it's starting to make sense. From the moment you mentioned burnout, it clicked. I was raised in a more feminine way without pushing the boundaries of what I was comfortable with and the rules set around me. Although I am terrified of the idea of pushing myself to do what I'm actually capable of, I now see how important this is. Thank you for the insight Hamza.

I was always scared of going too hard, and now i started to not give a fuck and tell myself "i am invincible anyway lol" and i just defy my mind. Stress is lowered, my performance in everything gets better and im not even at my limit. My mind was just so set with the anxiety of going too far, that i didnt notice i didnt even go to 80% Some guys had single mothers (like i) and that could be the problem. Spread this message bro.

As much as I have been told about balancing my life out despite how hard I work, I’m realizing that it has always been those efforts where I have had borderline sleepless nights, weekends where I have worked more than relaxed, and found everyday mundane tasks as getting in the way of my work, that have helped me achieve a lot of my goals. Even with all that I’m still hard on myself with what I am doing and how I am doing it. To sum this all up, what you are saying is completely true.

I'm currently 19, have been really improving myself by eating clean, going to the gym, learning languages and educating myself to eventually later graduate. One of the issue I had with this concept of this imbalance method is my physical integrity. 2 years ago I've been diagnosed with epilepsia, and factually cannot (I have tried it around 8 times as of now) working myself to do more than others, but with this condition, every morning when I wake up, if I don't wake up before the prescribed time to take my medication and get enough sleep, I will have a seizure. The doctors I've seen only told me to stay put since theses seizures make me lose some of my brain functions bit by bit. But I can't help wanting to do more and I'm in a bit of a cornered position as of now.
So if anyone sees this and have some knowledge about what I could drive towards, I'd be very grateful.

Remember he stated that the reason why you shouldn't prioritize your health is to be able to make better impact on the world. However in this case, if you do not prioritize your health, you WILL NOT be able to make that better impact. In the coding community we call anomalies like this the black swan, the situation that we didn't think would exist until it does. You need to prioritize your proper sleep, and make sure you prioritize working hard in the waking hours that you do have.
Best of luck brother, you've been dealt a difficult hand but that doesn't mean you can't make something glorious out of it.

I totally Agree, I've experienced this bullsh*t advice that I should be spending 4 hours in a deep work learning something, and the rest I can just fill in with not-urgent but important tasks like reading 1 hour, Checking Emails 30 mins a day etc....
Now, when I've started doing the opposite, that is Working 8 hours on my business, and spendig 3-4 hours a day reflecting and learning from Content & learning What I could've done better.
Going all in is the only way, I get it now.
Here's my Daily Routine, if Someone's wanna steal it.
    I Do these:
    4:45 AM ~ Wake up
    5: AM - 6 AM ~ Workout
6: AM - 10 AM ~ Work on my Business
    10:00 AM - 10:30 AM - 1st Meal of the day
    10:30 AM - 11:00 AM - Check Emails
11: AM - 2: PM ~ Work on My Business
    2: PM - 2: PM ~ 2nd Meal of the day
    2: PM - 3: PM ~ Check Emails
3: PM - 7: PM ~ Dedicated time for self development [ Ex ~ Books, Podcasts etc...]
and fill the rest with your tasks...

I'm grateful for being into swimming from a young age as much as going to compete at a national level. I've hitten my limits a bunch of times, I know what hard work is and what does success require. I've hit my peak potential and that's the reason I had to leave but I'm very grateful for it now.
I'm also grateful for having a father, A loving father even though my relationship is bad with him rn I'm still grateful for him being around and raising me being a teenage boy.

Right now iam 18 yrs old i watch alot of long form podcasts, read and workout everyday. I am not fully hammered in shape but my body is getting there day by day. In terms of getting the mindset and building the good habits I am fully on the right track and iam doing well. However, i dont make any sort of income what so ever. I havent still gone to college and i dont even know what to major in. Theres alot of problems that are happening in the house, parents might get a divorce at anytime, financial issues left and right and it infuriates me when i look at them and cant do anything about it, i feel completely helpless in terms of dealing with those issues. I tried many methods to get money but nothing seems to work and because I cant do anything i am obliged to just sit and watch all of this crap just happen in front of my eyes while I cant do anything about it. Its truly killing me and nothing i do seems to work. I am just wondering if all this is even working. I know that i am young and i might be in the age of still figuring things out, but when the time comes and i have figured things out its gonna be too late and i dont even know if its worth it at this point. This is the worst feeling ever.

Control What You Can Control . Then sit down open notes or a diary . Write Down what you cant control and how and in what ways it fucks you up BOTH emotionally and MENTALLY . Write down everything and anything that you can do to save yourself even a little bit from this situation . Then and only then decide what you doing or going to do CONSISTENTLY to get yourself out of this in the long run . OH , btw always make your routine or system keeping these things in mind ( if you are getting even 50 percent of your daily tasks done you are killing it literally ) . Also Watch rian doris .

Bro I'm also going through a tough family situation and the whole family seems to be collapsing, I'm 18 as well, and we need to keep our hopes high and keep in mind that by doing the right things and avoiding the bad, good things will come. But if we loose hope and faith, we've lost the game. I'm now going through a heartbreak right now where my girl left me 2 days ago. It's super hard, but I got so much hope and faith in my future because I know I'll get what I want one day no matter what I'm going through right now. KEEP YOUR HEAD HIGH KING, KEEP YOUR HOPE, WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER AND I GUARANTEE WE'LL ALL MAKE IT OUT ON TOP!

I actually experienced a burn out while Working out without any rest days last month. It was a weird experience, i was getting fever every other day after weight training. My immunity was crap.
I took 5 days rest after 2 months of consistent workout and immediately my fever went away permanently. I'm able to see significant changes in the way my body looks, every day after a shower i flex in front of the mirror, its an amazing feeling.

This is me. My life currently as a senior in HS is very balanced in the normal way. And I partially regret it. I want to be a professional drummer and I wish I hadn’t committed to so many things this year because my energy is all over the place. I plan on going to college for music and when I get there I plan to minimize everything else and cut out things I don’t need to do and just practice for hours and hours a day, that’s what I really want to do now, practice. I just don’t have the time because of all my commitments.
