Awesome top 25 list! No snowing on those black and white cards, mostly very well centered. Can't ask for more! Thanks for this awesome list of beautiful cards!
WOW - Your collection is so beautiful. Thanks for showing it to all of us on youtube. My Favorite was the 1957 Frank Robinson card. Have a really good day. Barry
Awesome collection! That mays rookie 😮…I had my eye on the Cobb bat on shoulder during the latest REA auction but was unfortunately outbid 😡. Thanks for sharing. Welcome to the countdown troop! Haha
I really enjoyed this video! I love how you go after finding cards with the right eye appeal for your collection, that’s definitely the way to do it. Do you have any particular cards that you are targeting for 2024?
Would love to target a Pete Rose RC or maybe a ‘33 Goudey Ruth. We’ll see, I might be buying a house next year so that will cut into the card budget for 2024.
I’m always fascinated in what people collect, especially vintage collectors. What gravitated you to vintage? I collect mostly 80’s, 90’s, 00’s rookies because these are the players I grew up with and watched so there is a nostalgia the cards hold to me too. Or do vintage collectors like yourself collect because they are a solid investment and don’t have the peaks and valleys of ultra modern?
I certainly have a fair share of cards from the 80s and 90s, but what gravitates me to vintage is the scarcity of those cards. I’m a very patient collector so it’s a thrill to hunt down vintage cards that have nice eye appeal. The quality control was so poor back then that it’s tough to find nice examples (depending on the issue). I also love history and enjoy learning about players from back-in-the-day. I also think vintage cards are like little works of art. The whole investing and value thing is really secondary to me, but it’s nice to know that vintage for the most part will always at least maintain its value as the supply is rather low compared to demand. Whereas modern cards were produced and survived in the millions. Thanks for watching!

You'll get it, I believe in you!
Nice list!
Jealous of your 90s Larkins, sick stuff
nice cards!
The 48 Bowman Musial is striking because I think it's the only card of his where he looks truly young. The rest he's old or old-ish.
Yeah, Musial wasn't on a lot of Topps cards until he was older.
That is a great top 25.
great mix of old and new.
the new here will be underappreciated by most viewers but is probably the most impressive here
Thanks Eric!
#12 is a blazer and ridiculously underrated
