I thought he was going to use the dumbbells but after doing this routine I realized you’re going to feel the burn without any extra weights added. I loved this. I definitely feel it in the bra bulge area 😃

@MrLondon Can you do some full workouts with bands please🙏🏾 Some with the short leg bands and muscle tension bands that connect to the ankle straps etc. Some with bands you mount to your doors etc. I would love a bunch of videos just targeting various parts of the body only with bands.

I prefer Talking through the workouts style because sometimes we need guidance and encouragement when it gets too challenging. Loved the workout though. I thought we were going to be using weights, I got excited when I saw them because I love to workout with weights.
I'm a 40 year old lady and my legs and arm aren't fat but my stomach and breast is heavy . My stomach has gas problem and it's painful. The doctor gave me Medicine but I want lose weight for my stomach and breast. Please can you tell me how to lose weight for my stomach and breast please. Thank you❤
