Amen sister/brother, I relate xD, I can do stretching before breakfast in the morning, but there is a number of things I don't personally like to do UNTIL I eat mah breakfast.😂

I don't have a mat, so I do it on a carpet and because I've been doing this for a long time, after a week, I just listen, not watch. But overall I recommend it!
I had planned on a more intensive exercise today but the whole day so felt crummy and exhausted so I did this instead. I’m proud that I kept up with my exercise despite how I felt and I do feel a bit less crummy 🎉
