Well. I understand it's a disc wheel but the drive side should be way more tight. Check the kgf/Nm spec of the rim vendor and the corresponding park tool table matching your spokes. 2mm/14G spokes and 1300Nm tension is about 24/25 on the scale. So you want to adjust to at least around 20. The NDS/disc side usually needs to be way less tightened, so the wheel stays centered. The Park Tool stand may auto-center, if not, flip the wheel and the difference to the side should be the same (or buy a WAG-5 dishing tool)
