Yes, it sure does! And is a much lighter and easier to use alternative to Yamaha's center stand

If the tenere has been lowered with AltRider linkage how hard would it be to deploy this center stand or will it even work?

It will take more effort, but we've done it and it still was a very manageable center stand to get up on, easier than OEM... So I think you won't mind it at all...
