Ok, your riding skills are undoubtedly great, the bike's fantastic, but really what amazes me the most it's the cinematography, editing and music. Top-notch!
I learned more about replacing a chain with minimal tools in the 10 seconds between 0:52 an 1:02 than in any other 15 minute tutorial. Thanks for showing your tricks!
Man you are a great inspiration! I've only discovered riding in my early 40's, but I can tell you that the thirst for adventure is real. I've started on a small dual sport but I already have discovered a world I never knew existed. I couldn't be more excited to get on two wheels and watching you and discovering your channel has made me more thirsty than ever! Thanks again!
I will never come close to the capabilities the T7 has to offer. That said, anything ive asked of my t7 it has done very well. From riding offroad to riding over 1700 miles at a 80-90mph pace on the freeway. What a machine.
I have this feeling, you have found some kind on enlightenment within our sport. The essence off riding a motorcycle and inhaling all sensations created by our existence when doing it. Thank you for sharing it.
Loving the Tenere 700 content. Since watching your channel it has inspired me to hit the road and sell my KX450F and move onto the adventure world. It was something I felt inside me of that I wanted to do for some time. But I took one ride on the Tenere after riding a 901 and 890 and I knew I had to buy the Tenere. I picked up a 2022 Tenere 700 and loving my rides. Keep up the awesome content. Love the channel!
Best bike build video ever. Quick flip through the parts then six minutes of kickarse riding and even an Oscar winning cameo by old mate on the fence post. It's all about the ride.
i think your videos are what made me get a tenere an start off roading, its an awsome bike, i love how customizable it is. But the best part is having your videos to help a rookie like me out, not just with how to ride but how to maintain an work on my bike.
I bought my first bike 2 years ago, and I'm 41 this year. I'm late into the game. Currently riding the gen3 MT09 great street bike. But I want something more, and dirt/enduro is really capturing my interest... Your videos are helping me with my research
I got a 2022 T7 and it replaced my 2006 XR650L and I couldnt be happier. Loved the XR but not great over 65mph on the highway. Off-road the T7 has matched the XR650 though I have yet to pick up the T7 -XR650 was easy.
Great build, I like the way you changed the chain and did it with easy tools you could find in every garage ….. especially far far away from dealers. That’s the way how to improvise when you are on an adventure trip.
Thanks for reading the comment. And I forgot to complement you on the excellent video quality. You, FourtNine and ItchyBoots are one of the best making high quality content. Many thanks for that.
I didn't know Alpine stars made pyjamas!! Thanks for another great episode! Merry Christmas and may 2023 be awesome for you, your family and the community.
A well equipped 700cc - invest in the best suspension and brake set up for you and keep the gear weight down this can be ridden around the world and probably handle 80% of the toughest off road terrain out there in the right hands. Awesome bike Awesome footage!
"Freedom Machines!" I agree...I came off little bikes recently on a whim looking for something new and love my new 890 ADVR . Mind you I don't ride at your level but you inspire me to get better! I have a whole desert in SoCal to practice! I've only had the bike for a few months but I'm getting better/faster. Need some suspension work and clutch upgrade...oh and ditch the stock tires...all on my list but its pretty darn good as is.
Drill out the stainless rivets on the muffler cover, there are 2 bolts tack welded to the baffles, they snap undone relatively easy, remove baffles, reinstall the cover with some new stainless rivets, you will absolutely love the sound and the extra bottom end.
In that case you need Power commander or similar and you need to do new fuel mapping..... You'll gain some power , but bike will get thirstier - it is not worth - all for getting louder and more annoying sound.
I hope someday i have the skill to ride and enjoy adventure bike to its fullest as you have done. Needless to say the individual behind camera was as skillfull as you were. Lots of love from India 🇮🇳
Adam, Your vids have truly entertained me throughout the years, especially with KTM and such, now Yamaha and i almost got a bit emotional here as the quality of your films, seeing you ride those machines rlly warms my heart like warm oil flowing through an engine. I'm 28 and have always ridden bikes on/offroad as a daily rider. ( mostly BMW as it was the brand i got in contact with through my dad and school) Being able to see guys like you prepare the bike yourself for adventures is just a dream for me. Unfortunately i got into a heavy accident at 23 doing stuff you should just do at the track and couldn't ride for over a year. I bought a annother GS after that and went for my last trip to Italy before i had to sell the bike again due to living on my own 2 feet. I fell into depression and addiction as i could not do anymore what my heart wanted me to do and having to live with my ankle dissability. I went through jobs trying to get higher up the ladder with hopes of buying a bike again soon but it's been 4 years now and the costs of living these days make it impossible for me to save up. I'm making a plan of starting my own motorcycle cleaning bussines as i accepted for now that even though i can't buy a bike, i would def enjoy cleaning them for others like they were my own. Keep doing what you're doing cuz you are just made for cinematography/riding and it keeps motivation high for young fellows like me. Keanu
What a great video. The sequence in the dunes is just epic - who is the genius that picked the music? Especially at 5:30 min the perfect interaction between man and machine is superbly match by the tranquility of the sountrack. For me the best video scene ever in a motorcycle video … 😊😊
Yamaha ignores the US market with the T7, as does Honda with the Africa Twin. After months of attempting to acquire a T7 or AT, I purchased a Ducati DesertX. Added the Termi full race exhaust w/EVO tune (120hp) and removed the rear foot peg assemblies. Tips the scale at 478 lbs now with a full tank. That makes it around 20lbs heavier then the wet weight of a T7 World Raid, with almost 50 more hp. I've gone from SuperMoto riding on the street to single track off-road w/river crossing on a single ride. ADV bikes are super comfortable and crazy versatile.
Great review, everyone is different and most reviews slate the sloppy soft suspension on the T7. Only way to know for yourself is to get on one and ride for yourself, these suit some riders and have an almost cult like.following now, so many mods and upgrades on the market for these.
Love your vids. You always manage to show the true reason for riding: Freedom. Just driven from Germany to England and back to pick up my stranded old Honda... Yes, it's a love affair 😊
Dude, I just can say thank you, for this master piece, this is the best video I ever seen, fabulous, amazing, spectacular… congrats for the work bro, I was between Africa Twin and T7, now I do make choice… greetings from Portugal, keep doing this nice work.
A simple video that's been well thought of, recorded and produced. The quality of Motology Films just keeps kicking goals with each release! Certainly deserving of 3 times as many subscribers. For Australian moto creators, you'd have to land in the top 3 for sure! The idea that someone needs a $30k motorcycle before they're allowed to enjoy themselves, is marketing genius. Especially for the 1% of riders that can actually throw it down on those rides, never mind the rest of us mere weekend mortals!👌
That bike has $5.5k alone on suspension so your getting closer to your $30k. The T7 is a great bike but it needs a fair amount of money spent on it as you have just seen.
BMW, Triumph, Ducati... It's easy to spend 30g there. My point was you don't need the full page adv spread to get out and have an adventure when it's far more accessible than marketing might have us believe.
Jesus, allowing for different brands on some of the bolt ons, other than a high front mudguard it’s what I’d do to a T7! Darkhorse 2.0 looks & sounds unreal Adam. Take a bow for modding it right 👊👊👊👍👍👍
I absolutely love your channel m8 - You show us what's really important..the bike, the bits and the riding, all with elegance, class and style. Superb!
So cool to see you to rip the T7 on the sand like I did on a 220 pound 1980 YZ250 back then. Just wish I could do on my T7 as you do on yours today. lol! I do enjoy what I can do on this fantastic machine. Great video and please keep them coming. I enjoy them all. Thanks
That is a beautiful video. Production quality is perfect. I didn’t need to watch it. I have the same bike you were riding. It is just what I need. I have added all the essentials and have a great no nonsense bike to have fun on. The only thing I would change is a 6th gear.
Speaking based on your own abilities I'd gather! (I'd bloody well hope so, MATE) nice but at the Yes, he comes off, don't we all, just as long as your able to get back on and ride away, it's all good. Yes, he does a lot of work to set-up any bike he rides, to be just RIGHT, but he rides them all 'on the pipe' Watch him riding a YZ125 earlier this year (RAW TWO-STROKE: THE FINAL LAP - YZ125), or the KTM Freeride (RAW TWO-STROKE: THE FINAL LAP - YZ125) back ~ 8 years ago, or the KTM 1190R (INDONESIAN ADVENTURE KTM 1190R) from ~6 Years ago. It's the RIDER making the most of the machines he's given, with the talent & abilities he has, along with the SKILLS that he's developed and mastered during his lifetime on the bikes. Agreed😊
I hope Yamahas paying you well because you make me want one of these bikes even more!
Yamaha don’t need to pay. The bike sells itself.
@@alrightdave6135 Yeah, the bike sells so good, that you need to wait for a year after initial payment to recieve the bike because theres 0 available.
And i can assure you that many of those orders are side effects from Adams videos 🤣
@@to90357 , Adam didnt even have a video of Tenere when the waiting times already were over half a year in Europe. It was born popular already.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you start 'late'?
I’m sure he said he started at 15 in a Ktm rallye vid
If time travel ever come realistic, I will show this to my 6 year old me, to get him off-road earlier. Stunning edit, unbelievable slowmos❤️

The juxtaposition of the Piano against the roaring CP2. Another cracker video Adam and Team🎉
My best friend was a circuit driver with mainly yamaha R1. A while ago he bought that T7, i was sure he was getting bored with it, but hes loving it.
