- When you just started out trying for a baby, it might have been fun flirting with each other and sending each other seductive texts about what to expect in the bedroom later that day.
However, when cycle after cycle there is no baby, you’re scheduling sex and only in the fertile window, it might be starting to feel like a chore to both of you.
So, on this Valentines day, may I encourage you lovebirds with this: it IS possible to continue enjoying the TTC journey AND it is ESSENTIAL to invest in your sexual relationship to keep it exciting.
I’ve got some fabulous tips in this video for you on how to reignite the fire for you both or keep the fire going. Remember that anything you do today to elevate your love life is an investment in your relationship today as well as the future.

* What do you need - if anything - to be changed in your spiritual relationship?

Actually, the discharge you describe is because of estrogen that also peaks in the luteal phase! The other symptoms could be both due to estrogen peaking or progesterone or both.
Great video as always, but would you consider doing a video where you elaborate on why you don't think couples should use sex toys while trying to conceive or during the 2 week wait? For some women, using a toy is the only way to reach climax, because of past trauma, desensitization of the area etc or just for no reason at all other than that's what works. What would you recommend in cases like these, so that no woman has to go without being satisfied while TTC?
