brown rice has been know lately for being loaded with arsenic, (also apple juice- see Dr. Oz show) getting ride of the skin its actually better and healthier for you, to cut calories and eat healthier try to combine rice with cauliflower "rice",

youre absolutley correct about the cheap vitamins. they did a study on synthetic prenatal vitamins on like 10,000 pregnant women in Sweden. this included women who started taking them months before pregnancy. Results showed that women taking synthetic prenatals had a 35% higher risk of miscarriage. not totally surprsing, its made in a lab. i use 100% food based vitamins only.
Which brand of vitamins do you use?
Queen Athelene N. She gets her vitamins from whole foods not supplements is what her comment states

"organic chicken " 🙄 I really have a problem with it, honestly I have it once in a while because even if it's organic the bird itself is fed with soy which obviously is so very damaging for our body specially for women ( breast cancer) so I would not really recommend eating bird too often
Go to a small local farmer & buy chicken. Not all chicken is fed soy.

Not very helpful. The video is too long and basically just says avoid processed food, white rice, sugar, gluten, and buy organic, grass-fed, and expensive supplements.
