CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Hit men, gangsters and robbers converge in Quentin Tarantino's violent tale of revenge. Stars John Travolta Samuel L. Jackson Bruce Willis and Uma Thurman
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Outrageously violent, time-twisting, and in love with language, Pulp Fiction was widely considered the most influential American movie of the 1990s. Director and co-screenwriter Quentin Tarantino synthesized such seemingly disparate traditions as the syncopated language of David Mamet; the serious violence of American gangster movies, crime movies, and films noirs mixed up with the wacky violence of cartoons, video games, and Japanese animation; and the fragmented story-telling structures of such experimental classics as Citizen Kane, Rashomon, and La jetée. The Oscar-winning script by Tarantino and Roger Avary intertwines three stories, featuring Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta, in the role that single-handedly reignited his career, as hit men who have philosophical interchanges on such topics as the French names for American fast food products; Bruce Willis as a boxer out of a 1940s B-movie; and such other stalwarts as Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Christopher Walken, Eric Stoltz, Ving Rhames, and Uma Thurman, whose dance sequence with Travolta proved an instant classic.

if u didnt watch it yet u wasted all ur life man
If you say "what" one more time....................
Imagine if pulp fiction was a tv show with a new part of the story with every episode
Only if Tarantino writes directs each episode
Are you saying that it should be adapted into an anthology series on FX ?

I don't know how people can say this movie is bad. If you can watch a two and a half hour movie just filled with people talking to eachother and it completely has your attention the entire time, you know that movie is something special.
Who says this movie is bad?I never heard anyone say that 0_o
If anybody calls this movie bad he just crazy.
@@MistMonkey I didn’t like it , I watched it like 3 times just because I felt like I was missing something
@@anonymousbrowsing2909 I don't know how old you are but I'm old enough that I saw it in the theater. I loved it at the time and saw it again in the theater something like 7 times. Then bought it on VHS and watched it many more times. Having said all that I watched a few years back and it does feel "dated". For me, at least, Reservoir Dogs holds up much better. Just feels more "timeless". I think a lot of the appeal of Pulp Fiction was how different it was from what was popular at the time. Now it's conceit has sort of been digested into modern cinema.

Well, a few months ago, I went on Wikipedia and looked at all the years in film (they give a complete list of every movie released in a certain year), so I went through them all, took notes of the ones I'd seen. Since then, in total, I've seen 295 movies, which some would say is good for a 12 year old.
Absolutely flawless and an incredible movie, still holds up 27 years later

This trailer is such a masterpiece. First when a lot of best pictures at the time had that sweeping music and inspirational ending, Pulp fiction comes in like a party train.
Did Men In Black copied this Movie ?
It took me about a week after seeing it for the first time to come to realize that this was the greatest film I have ever seen.
"the path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee." best line in the movie
Samuel l Jackson quoting those religious lines from the Bible gave me chills just watching & listening to him say those powerful lines to his victims it was overwhelming and something to just watch him do it he was absolutely perfect

The best way I can describe this film. "Gangster Poetry In Motion."
Probably one of the best movies ever made. But, you need to think it through carefully to understand it. A complex but tightly woven plot, set in different time spans, but it all fits together very nicely with no loose ends. Needs some attention span that is all. A film you can (and may need to) watch more then twice. Each of the scenes are classic set pieces, almost like mini movies in themselves.
People that say, "Omg I've seen that movie 6 times!", make me wanna smack them....if you genuinely, truly, whole-heartedly, "Love" it, and it's more than 2yrs old....you'd have lost count at this point. I couldn't tell you how many times I've seen ANY of my faves, not even with a gun to my head ☠️ lol
Almost 20 years later, this film is still the greatest.

Watching Pulp Fiction for the first time years ago was a total experience, like the first time I watched Goodfellas.
Yes, Goodfellas and Pulp Fiction are two cinematic masterpieces
I'm so jealous of those that were able to watch this at the theater for the first time. The big screen, the lights go dark. I can't even imagine the rollercoaster of emotions they must have gone through.
I still remember sitting on the edge of my seat unable to breathe during the diner robbery. Then Amanda Plummer weakly said "Shut up!" to Vincent, and the whole theater let out a quick laugh. Then we all went right back to being unable to breathe again.
In the world of movies, I end my search here.

I watched pulp fiction again a few weeks ago, and it's a remarkable film no doubt. One of the classics.
I love this movie is one of my favorites two of the best actors I ever watched
This is up there with my all time favorites.. I don't think a movie has to be dragged out with a serious tone and pure character work for it to be great. I watch movies for entertainment. Not "art"..

The dialogue is fantastic. There is so little exposition in the movie, but everything is covered as much as it needs to be, freeing up the dialogue to be about important stuff, like pot bellies and foot massages.

Hello 👋
I cannot get enough of this movie it is literally my favorite film of all time it is just so awesome
The textbook of how to write good dialogue.
I was 16 years old and bought a ticket to see Natural Born Killers. I knew who Tarantino was because he had already made Reservoir Dogs and written True Romance and the movie I was about to see. This trailer came on and my jaw dropped. I couldn't stop thinking about it during Stone's film. This was the movie I'd rather be watching. I had to wait 3 agonizing months and the first time I went to go see it they had sold out. I had to wait another week. The anticipation was killing me, but it was worth it. There have been a handful of times in my life when a movie has left me absolutely speechless and feeling like I had witnessed a seismic change in the medium. This was the first and most powerful time that happened.
I'm 50 now born in 71, best movie EVER!!
1:26 haha king!
This movie was a lot better the second time. The first time I was put off by the violence. But once you get over the shock of that, it's a great movie that's very entertaining.
A local theater was having a Tarantino fest and played Pulp Fiction as the last film in the fest, plus they had Kill Bill Vol 1 & 2 as a double feature!
How do you feel about the violence in Robocop?

Why this movie is so popular and successful? It's in the IMDB top 5. I've never watched it and this trailer didn't make me wanna do it
Maybe its popularity and success, along with its spot in IMDB's top five, are reasons to make you watch it? Its one of the few movies i've seen that had my attention from beginning to end, very entertaining :)

I feel the same… It looks like a very old and boring style of movie where the story is hard to follow. Good actors, but either the trailer is a fail or the movie sucks…
Also, I don't get why people love so much Quentin Tarantino's movies? They are illogical movies full of free violence and absurd profanity! Don't get me wrong, I can enjoy violence and absurdity (Seth MacFarlane is the best!), but Quentin Tarantino simply suck.
