Nero not gonna lie I've skipped over COD the past few years and now I'm actually excited for a new COD game since black ops 2 and even more so at his point considering zombies campaign and the new movement and animation systems so now here's my question do you think it's possible some of the things blame truth has been going on about is blown a bit out of porportion I get it that some people are jaded and normally I agree with the criticisms, but I just don't see it this year obviously use cautious optimism, but how you generally feeling this year

Also they ruined spawning. Instead of spawn points at each end of the map they always do random spawning anywhere on the map and it totally breaks the flow of most maps and make the gameplay feel worse.

I’m done with COD. Finally. SBMM and Activision has taken all the fun and desire out of it, they ruined the game.

That's the bottom line. I could care less what features the game has, as long as there's still a manipulative algorithm designed to screw over anyone that gets good at the game.

@@SkateClipsAndTips eomm is just a controlled version of sbmm. The majority of your games are against players in your skill bracket. Unless you lose too much, then it will throw you a bone so you don't quit.
Sbmm doesn't matter. They have something that manipulates your gameplay but it's not sbmm. Xdefiant supposedly doesn't have it and team balance is dog shit. Eomm whatever they call It might be the issue.

Like many people here have already said it doesn't matter what they do if EOMM is still there than MP will never be "back", a lighter form of SBMM is perfectly fine to protect people with disabilities and stuff and balance lobbies but eomm manipulation will kill MP instantly like it has the last 4 years
EOMM tells a different story. Predatory bundles tell a different story. It’s going to degrade to a complete sweat fest lol

Doesn’t matter how awesome BO6 will be as long as EOMM and SBMM manipulating your experience.
I wouldn't trust Activision. Developers can make a positive change for the good of the game, but Activision can fully corrupt the entire thing in which will ruin the experience all together
I'm finally starting to see more people finally get tired of the SBMM bs. Keep it coming. If games like Helldivers 2 can change their game because of fan feedback then so can CoD.

Thanks to eomm….what happens to players who get hard stuck in tier by day 4 of a new season? At what point does playing the game have zero reward/enjoyment due to continued rinse and repeat game play?
Warzone is less attentioned now. Its time for real multiplayer to be focused on and BoreZone to be faded from existance.

The only thing i want out of this game more than anything is for Microsoft to call the shots and FINALLY just make it a two year game. Whatever we’ve got in terms of a BO2 remake next year has gotta be an expansion or else i hardly see it being successful, it’ll just end up being MWII and MWIII all over again
I’ll believe in BO6 truly bringing back multiplayer IF:1.) SBMM is tweaked to be like older cods, 2.)they show the player count in game modes again,3.)lobbies don’t disband on their own,4.)They bring back the world map in MP like we had in MW3 & BO2,5.)We get a mercenary playlist,and lastly 6.)input based matchmaking.
It’s the connection that stops me playing, all the newer CODs lag like a MF!

They’re “ALL IN” just like the Dallas Cowboys are all in…. They’ll make no significant changes that will actually improve the gameplay. If SBMM/EOMM is still in the game, it will still be trash. Nothing else matters if the game is playing you.
none of it matters. they could make a game 100x better than black ops 2 and i still wouldn’t play it with eomm.

Hopefully those 16 maps at launch are the traditional 3 lane maps with some ways to flank instead of the bs they’ve been doing for a while now
In the reveal video Treyarch made a few weeks ago, they mentioned that those new maps will follow Treyarch's traditional 3-lane design. I think that style gets a bit stale personally but those maps really do flow well, so it could be a good thing.

I think since we're getting classic prestige mode back they don't really need to rush season 1. We can probably wait a few months since launch is going to have 16 maps and 10 prestiges (with 1000 bonus levels).
And the cod cycle continues. You know why they wont ever go back to focusing on 6v6 or regular multiplayer? Because it doesnt make as much money as warzone. That's as far as that conversation goes. These "leaks" are pre-planned to drive up hype when they really dont intent to follow through
I’m not interested in cod anymore. It’s a disappointment every year and I’m sick of falling for it. Xdefiant is great fun and they actually listen to the players and it’s such a breath of fresh air. I’ll stick with it instead of putting up with sbmm and lies

Just cause they might’ve made ads for previous games doesn’t mean they didn’t pay a ton of extra money to get the current game pushed out to more people. Regardless people will buy and play for about a month and never touch the game again just like every other cod. They’re advertisements won’t help

In an era of instant gratification you would think multiplayer would still dominate. Warzone matches at times just take so long! If I have a half hour I can play 3 or 3 tdm matches. One Warzone match! And I may only get a few kills during that match.
I say it again , no matter how much they change in gameplay,features , progression system , as long the matchmaking practices stay the same i will not touch any CoD in the near future. Gaming should not feel like work even in casual mp modes.
Ill never go back to CoD while it has SBMM and EOMM. So no multiplayer is not back.
Warzone doesn't need anything done to it except for fixing it servers to get rid of the cheaters. That should be top priority, not adding guns from Black ops 6

What I’ve heard is that the president of Microsoft said that they will be focusing on multiplayer content in cod and that was a little after mw3 launched so far it seems to be adding up

@@AdrianDWolfeWell, like the commenter said, it’s adding up. 3-4 maps each season with new modes, guns and content to grind for (the prestige camos for each gun), events to still do something even after you’re done with masteries, and all of that for free each season.While this is definitely not the best cod, it has improved alot since launch. (In my opinion)
I am already looking forward to Nero’s rant video this time next year when he’s pissed off because the game for 2026 will be taking back all the stuff he will love about BO6…….tons of progression, a proper prestige system, 100 percenter etc!! 😂😂
if i had to guess they want to implement the new omni movement into Warzone, which is taking longer than they originally thought. they can easily spin it as we decided to release Verdansk for the 5 year anniversary of Warzone. I dont think this has anything to do with a shift in focus to multiplayer more than warzone

MWIII need a shotgun buff. It’s sad that the best shotguns are marksman rifles. I miss turning the double barrel into a sniper with slugs. It’s ass at creating some cool weapon customizations. Granted there are still some ways, but all I see is snipers constantly. All these weapons nobody touches.

Infinite Warfare was highly underrated, sadly. The multiplayer was way fun!
Warzone integration releases with Season 1 + Most money comes from Warzone and not MP. Urzikstan being the hub for competitive doesn't mean much for what Treyarch is doing with BO6 since it's being integrated into Warzone anyways.

I see too many infinity ward influence’s in blops 6, realistic gun behaviour and sound, looks like it has realistic map layouts that make sense but at the cost of fun, doors, and more doors, field upgrades and gunsmith (not that they have much choice in this decision)

Activision just sealed their fate with pushing Verdansk back a year. The only thing keeping this franchise from complete crash and burn was Rebirth Island with Verdansk on the horizon. People waiting for that will be easier to walk away now
